I had to say to all the vitamin shops. This is the best you walk in and they treat you like family.

The service is excellent at this location. I bought a protein powder that i ended up not loving, the flavor was gross and i was worried about not really using after trying it. Vitamins shoppe has a great policy, they took it back for a full refund even though i opened it and tried it. The employee was so kind and it wasn't a problem at all. They have a great selection in here and great liquid ID flavors. highly recommend 10/10 read more

Me and my wife went in for some monthly supplies and was NOT greeted by Dwight (manager?) . He just kinda stood there-- no "Hello may I help you" or even a "Hi". He was not busy- the store was not busy. He was very curt with me , rang me up, took my $ , barely said "Thanks & bye" (he mumbled something inaudible) . He seemed pissed off . Vitamin Shoppe is small and intimate - so it's not like someone was nasty at T.J. Maxx or Marshalls where there is lots of noise and distraction . His attitude was glaring an off-putting. Hope someone higher up than him reads this and addresses the fact (to him) that Vitamin Shoppe is a lower volume specialty store that relies on sales and walk-in traffic WAY more than a Marshalls or T.J. Maxx. Nobody working here can afford to be grumpy and turn customers off. I'll just shop at one of the other locations due to this associate or manager. read more

Since Michelle transferred to another Vitamin Shoppe there is nothing left but miserable looking employees that can't manage a grin, let alone thank you as you check out. Used to have great employees a couple of months ago. Now its a whole new crew and a whole different ball game. Maybe I'll go to the Vitamin Shop where the good employees went. read more

They have what I'm looking for and are very helpful in there. I am always in and out here. The vitamin shop cards actually do save you some cash and on weekend afternoons there are usually manufacturers who are giving free sample of their new products. I like GNC but if you can get the same vitamins here for half the price give them a try. read more

I love this Vitamin Shoppe! I always have such a great experience that's really enhanced by the excellent and very knowledgeable staff! First time going into vitamin shoppe and I was actually pretty impressed. I feel like I always go to CVS or target to find a vitamin I'm looking for and they never have it. Decided to stop in here to see if they had what I needed and they did. They pretty much have every vitamin you can think of. The store is very organized, clean and well stocked. I got asked if I needed help about 2 mins into shopping and the employee helped me find what I needed faster than I would've just walking around. They have protein powder and bars and other goodies. The only downside are their prices are a tad high. You can get what they have online cheaper, but it's convenient to go to the store and get it right away and not pay for shipping. read more

I am a big fan of The Vitamin Shoppe!! I stopped in the other day for a whey protein shaker because mine has seen better days and found an awesome one for under $8. I also asked one of the guys who works there some questions about vitamins and what they recommend for certain things and the man was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The most important factor was that he wasn't disappointed or upset with me that I didn't buy any of the items he discussed with me and he was extremely pleasant when he rang up my purchase. I have been to other vitamin stores and after being informed on products, the sales person was extremely disappointed when I didn't buy what they had told me about. There is nothing worse than feeling pressured to buy something just because a customer inquires about other products. I will definitely be back again to this location when I do decide to buy various vitamins and health products that they have to offer here. I especially liked that the sales person shared pleasantries with me as I was paying for my shaker. I really like this store a lot and service is superb, and let's be honest, that is a rarity nowadays. I highly recommend this location for anyone who is in the neighborhood and needs vitamins. read more

Service is the name of the game at this Vitamin Shoppe- I walked in with a list of vitamins from a book that I am reading- it was like 20 deep, but the woman there walked the entire store with me looking for them. Albeit, they didn't have everything I wanted (some of them were really bazaar though), but they offered to look into ordering it, but I declined. Seriously, a great shopping experience. read more

What a refreshing feeling to walk into a supplement store and speak with a very knowledgeable and informative staff member! Every experience I have had in the past at other supplement stores I always wondered where they get their training from and what they were taking about!! But thankfully knew what I was looking for!! Very nice and organized store. Staff was very friendly and try to help you with any question you had. As someone who is pretty new to fitness and body building they answered alot of my questions. I later sent my mom and her friend (both elderly) to find some type of joint medication they were looking for. The girl who helped them had the patience of a saint as they asked a million and one questions. The only knock against them is they are pretty pricey. I was told to do my vitamin/supplement shopping online. Vitamin shoppe prices were usually 15-20% higher then what I found online. read more

Went in there today with my boyfriend to get protein powder. They had an event going on outside so the doors were open and there were lots of people there today. I can't stress enough how super nice and very helpful the employees were. One of the employees gave us a small taste tester for a cheesecake flavored protein pudding (I've been there a few times and they've never given that out so it was a nice change). When we were leaving we were given gift boxes FULL of sample protein powders, supplement pills, magazines, etc. I was definitely impressed with my trip today. Will definately be going back there. read more
