(Just after Shake Shack, Look for the Verizon store on the front corner of the building) Plenty of parking in the rear. When you enter this beautiful store, fresh organic produce in abundance are presented. Prices are on par or even better than Whole Foods. I love their self serve bins of bulk ingredients especially the nooch! Iykyk! The cold refrigerator offers an abundance of healthy options, love their plant based vegan products such as yogurts, milks and cheeses. Found my favorite jackfruit brand of frozen ingredients. Lots of vitamins offered for healthy living. Freshly grounded nut butters. Gluten free options aplenty. Healthier snack options like chips, ice cream, nuts and lots of chocolates. We've been going weekly and I can confidently say The staff are always amazing! So helpful and insightful. They offer a coupon book which can easily be used in store. Complimentary hot coffee is offered for shoppers making for an enjoyable shopping experience. Definitely worth the extra effort off route 17 south to explore this local gem of a market!

During our…read morechat, she highly recommended MOM'S Organic Market and we went not too long after to check it out. We must have passed it a few times when we are on route 17. It's a little hard to miss, however you can see it once you've entered the shopping center. Family owned and operated since 1987. Think of Whole Foods, much less busy, not a whole lot of rushing (which is a good thing) and you take your time to browse around the smaller store. The quiet and calm was cool, for a Thursday evening, not too shabby. We came across a lot of products we haven't seen before. Great options from a vast majority of gluten free to bring your own containers for pasta to help reduce waste. Plenty of signs to look at and read what we can do to be proactive with our bodies, lifestyle and the environment. I loved knowing this was a smaller scale. We accidentally forgot our reusable bags, however bought a new MOM'S insulated bag. Until next time, we will be back!

Whole Foods. You know what it is, you complain about the extravagant pricing, but then you figure…read moreout ways to save money via Amazon Prime Discounts and other sales. If you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies, it's your best bet for grocery shopping on LI. And the produce selection, especially organic, is awesome. This location is extra convenient for me, as it's close to my father's house and when I visit, I need it. I used to have to go all the way to Jericho, a huge hassle. As others mention, this one is a little smaller. I appreciated the vegan sandwich options and even a few baked goods (strawberry jam cookies... all I ever need, really). This was my first visit so I'll report back when I have to do more extensive shopping around the holidays (god, help me.) Cons: The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare. Always always crowded, especially on weekends. And, try as hard as I could, I couldn't locate little paper bags in the bakery section. Not sure what's up with that.

The MP location is a smaller location, at 8am - There were TOO many employees filling online orders…read morewith larger carts, each pushing in front of us, cutting us off, giving dirty looks if we are in their way! These employees, in addition to many employees stocking the store - (this store can't stock earlier due to state regulations and their trucks don't get there any earlier?) Then open the store at 9am??? I don't want to be bumping into/tripping over employees every 2 feet in such a small store? It is my opinion that Whole Foods in general/Massapequa park only care about profits, not customer experience in store. 8:00am on a Sunday, this was a miserable in store experience. Spoke to a store manager about it, he only gave excuses and said he would pass the information along. I vote with my dollars. I will not shop at Whole Foods until they limit the number of online orders and show some consideration for customers shopping in the store. Poor management to put profits over people. Also, other store notes: at every hot bar location in general the food quality is pitiful and the cold food is no better. I got sick after eating their Sonoma chicken salad. I learned the hard way that 50% off is no bargain. What used to be organic/healthy now looks like frozen unhealthy meals. They are even inconsistent with when they put food out? The pizza & sushi are just ok, nothing special. Everything is expensive including the $14 Guacamole. The croissants taste like brioche bread, usually stale. Costco has better fresh sourdough bread. I shopped here because it was convenient but all of these items I could get anywhere. Pass.
