My wife and mother-in-law gifted me sessions here for my birthday, and after seeing the setup, I immediately traded my initial package in for a monthly subscription. It's easily one of the best ways to spend a weekend. What sets this place apart immediately is the privacy and the quality of the equipment. Back in Arizona, cold plunging meant piling into shared, public tubs and cycling through communal saunas where everyone is on display. At Boost, you get your own private rooms. My go-to routine is the contrast therapy: * Round One: 20 minutes in the private infrared sauna, which comes loaded with bluetooth speakers so you can sync your phone and play a podcast or music, followed by 3 minutes in the cold plunge. * Round Two: 10 more minutes in the sauna, followed by another 3 minutes in the plunge while stretching out to get the blood flowing. While they do offer a cryo option, I much prefer their actual cold water plunge tubs. Afterwards, I head over for a 10-minute session in the red light therapy room. Unlike older setups I've used where the light panels are fixed far away, their multi-light therapy panels are on wheels. You can roll them right up close to get full-body exposure, and the room has a nice built-in breeze so you don't overheat. They also have top-tier compression therapy chairs that double as actual massage chairs--brand new, pristine, and incredibly comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the manager got me set up smoothly on a credit-based system. Contrast therapy runs you two credits since it covers both hot and cold cycles, and the monthly membership gives me 12 credits to play with--perfect for hitting three solid therapies once a weekend. At over 50, I'm doing this to stay strong, mobile, and young for as long as possible. Whether you're already dialed into the science popularized by Wim Hof or just starting to look into the longevity and recovery benefits of cold water and infrared therapy, Boost Wellness is unmatched. The facility is spotless, state-of-the-art, and worth every visit. Highly recommend.

The infrared sauna is a particular favorite, and cryotherapy has become increasingly appreciated with each visit. Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is still on the list to try. What truly sets the Roslyn location apart is the staff. Everyone is kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in making each visit a positive one. Wow ! What an amazing experience at Glen cove Salt Cave . When you walk in you leave your belongings in the cubby including your shoes and walk into the salt cave , beautiful setting (see attached pics & video for the full experience) , the floor is all salt , beautiful salt lamps , lit ceiling , relaxing fireplace and four super comfy chairs . We started on the chairs , then sat on the floor , then laid on the floor. Of course we took all our pics and videos when we first walked in and then I confiscated all the devices and put them aside to just unplug for the remaining time . 45 minutes of pure zen ! We left feeling super relaxed , the only tiny complaint I have is you can hear some noise from the street but no biggie . Absolutely a must try ! On our way out we purchased two boxes of bath bombs , a Himalayan salt night light and a super dope salt lamp bowl ! When we got home we were unpacking the salt lamp and noticed it was broken so I called to tell them and the girl was super sweet , she even offered to drop us off a new one on her way home ! The room itself was very nice. Not too big, walls were made of Himalayan pink salt bricks, that were pieced together with what looked like a Himalayan salt based mortar. The ceiling looked like a Himalayan salt based popcorn ceiling, and there was a fireplace made with more Himalayan salt bricks and the Himalayan salt mortar. The floor was the salt and felt a little like the sand on the north shore. We sat on the zero gravity chairs and gad a great time! The cave has healing properties and is said to boost immunity and combat viruses, so it's a perfect go to during this pandemic!

Every single staff member from the front desk to the staff that placed me on ice and heat was considerate and caring. They all even knew my name. They work in sync like a band that's been playing together for years, lapping around and making sure all patients are engaged and progressing through the various treatments/exercises in their respective treatment plans. I came here in August with a ruptured Achilles that I had surgery to repair, and walked out (literally!) just a few months later, and far earlier than the surgeon had expected. That's a true testament to the time and attention everyone here gave to me, referring frequently to my chart and the well-taken notes, gradually adding weight and/or repetitions on, and mixing in new exercises when appropriate. I also really appreciated the overall vibe here. Good music is always playing (could be 90s grunge, pop country, or classic rock, depends on who takes over the playlist!) staff are all friendly with the patients and with each other, and there's a great mix of folks in here to chat with. The walls are decorated with staff photos, pics of their kids, etc. and little league team photos from the teams they sponsor! Short version: It's about as fun as physical therapy can be! She has been working with my son for over 12 months and when we first started coming here he was not even sitting independently. He is now confidently walking and running and even jumping. I can very honestly say the progress my son has made would not have happened if it wasn't for Dr. Kelly. She is amazingly sweet and the entire staff at the practice was very genuine and kind and worked with us and our insurance company to ensure we got the best care. I appreciate them and I would recommend them to everyone!
