I went for a run and ended it here only to be blown away by the owner's customer service, wealth of knowledge, fantastic business acumen, and plethora of stock. It's a small shop, but boy oh boy, do they have everything you need. The owner is a lovely man who knows every single thing about every single item in his shop. He steered me towards the best quality products, and steered me towards deals between two brands that had the same quality product (the more expensive one was the one I came in for and I'm thrilled he told me to buy the cheaper one--same quality just slightly cheaper--because he could've just let me buy the pricier one!). This spot is fantastic and I learned so much during my visit. SHOP SMALL AND LOCAL!!! There isn't anything like the expertise and knowledge you gain from going into the store, especially The Vitamin Peddler :)

A very kind staff member suggested I try the Camomile Elderberry Sleep Gummies made by SuperNaturals. I not only started getting the best nights sleep I've had since my teens but I also stopped snoring, there has never been a better sleep product. Unfortunately, The Flowery has real issues when it comes to ordering products, and are clearly not interested in keeping their customers happy or building a returning clientele. After months of using this product They never seem to have it anymore, yet they still sell other product made by SuperNaturals. They have promised me for 5 months that they will order it for me BUT still never have it. I check their mobile app everyday to see if they've gotten it and it never arrives. I've contacted SuperNaturals and they tell me that they still make the product and still fill orders for The Flowery but The Flowery NEVER orders it........ Hmmmm.... I asked what insurance he'd billed, and it was only the supplement. Clearly he knew nothing about billing Medicare, because the nature of a supplement is that it's secondary! He yelled that he got a letter that told him to do that, and when I tried to tell him it didn't make sense for original Medicare, he was rude and yelled that he didn't have time for this. I should have hung up the phone.
