This dispensary is the best! I love the variety, and the employees are wonderful. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. In fact, they happened to have some "Sour Diesel" which I haven't heard about or seen in years, which I am partaking in now and have shared a picture of below. I also like to take advantage of the deals they always have, which is especially useful when funds are tight. In regard to price, there is no difference when compared to other dispensaries. When summed up, the deals are where it's at. read more

I've been visiting the Rochelle Park Ascend location for years, and after moving closer to the Fort Lee store, I was hoping for a similar experience to what I'd come to expect there. Unfortunately, this location has consistently fallen short in several areas. Pre-orders are often not ready upon arrival, and I've run into repeated issues with pricing, discount application, and general organization within the store. It's no longer clear where to wait, or where to pay--especially when it's busy. Long wait times are common, and the overall flow of the store seems inefficient. The staff experience is hit or miss. While there are a few team members who are helpful and pleasant, others appear visibly unhappy to be there. One particular attendant stands out due to repeated encounters that have been stressful rather than supportive. The tone is often unnecessarily loud or abrupt--something I've witnessed with other customers as well. On a recent visit, in the middle of a rain storm, I was directed (rather forcefully) to move my car despite the parking lot being nearly empty because I had parked in curb side pick up parking. The signs are small and not visible to someone backing in. While I understand policies exist, the delivery of that message could've been much more respectful and professional without screaming across the parking lot. This is a dispensary--many people come here for medical purposes or simply to have a calm, pleasant experience. The atmosphere should reflect that, and lately it feels far from it. Each time I return, I notice fewer employees, fewer customers, and more tension in the air. The only reason I continue coming here is convenience. But I've started to seriously consider making the extra trip to a location where the experience is more in line with what a dispensary should be--calm, organized, and customer-focused. read more

Some of the staff be extremely rude. There's always lines and they're overpriced. Stay away from the place unless you wanna get ripped off. read more

I always come back!!!! The choices and prices match for a dispensary which makes me very happy for recreational/medical dispensary. They have have so many options from vapes, carts, tinctures, flowers.... They even carry the EDDIE PARKER BRAND which is one my favorite bougie brand for women smokers. Plus the carts/vapors are really my vest friends on the road. read more

Hands down fresh cut weed and always a variety of new strains. I visit this place regularly. The price beats any competitor in the area. I love going to this spot. The staff is always friendly and plenty of parking. Also, they give you a chance at participating in "Spin the wheel " to win a new strain or shoot a basketball through the net. In addition, they always have great music and novelty items. I highly recommend this place. In closing if you ever get a chance try "That Badu" strain by Eryah Badu. read more

People here are friendly and knowledgeable about different products when I ask for recommendations, my go to!

This was my first time at any dispensary so I have no other place to really compare it to. Coming in I didn't know what to expect. They check your ID upon entrance and then they allow you inside. It wasn't busy at all and there were plenty of places to park. Inside they have a few things to look at showcasing some of the items they have. After looking around I went to the screen in the back where you place your order. Someone was there asking if I needed any help right away, which I did so that was very nice someone was there to guide me. He asked me what I was looking for- pretty much explained to him I'm not a big smoker and was looking for some mild items that would assist with falling asleep or feel relaxed. He showed me a few different items that he felt would work well for me and explained the different strains; then proceeded to show me how to use the screen. The most helpful part of shopping was just like with online shopping you can search least expensive to most expensive- well with this you could choose least amount of THC to highest amount which I thought was pretty cool. I chose a couple of things- pre-rolled joints, gummies and some plant based sleeping pills pretty much to see what would work best for me or what I would like. Total cost was $85 which I didn't think was bad at all for everything I received. My friend wound up getting a vape and a couple of other items. We placed the order and when my order was ready (took 5 mins) I was able to go check out. They have a medical line and a recreational use line- the medical line was much shorter but it really didn't make too much of a difference. The customer service all around was fantastic and everyone was very nice. Since I know how to use the website, I can now do my research at home and pre-order before I come here so I can just walk in and check out right away. read more

Overpriced. Went awhile back. You have to order via kiosk without any actual help or recommendations. When I went to the counter the attendant barely acknowledged me, no greeting. Then when I played they turned the screen around and said it will ask me a question. They then leaned over the tablet to see if I tipped them. Tip for what? Zero service and a bad attitude? Please take your business elsewhere. read more

Most at the front door great & Friendly there is 1 female black hair heavy set at the front door she asks so many questions be entering into the main Store Lobby. No one ever asked the privacy questions. Even when she is at the counter Is this personal or Medical, Did I forget to put in my medical # ? Wtf ,I can read & write English, Felt like she was belittling the customer before they were to pay for order . Inventory somewhat lite. Your own brand can't seem to enough in stock. Ozone read more

The prices are right. They have a great selection of products. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Note: I am editing this review because I received a phone call from someone in management, who apologized and said I would receive a credit for the $65 defective vape. I had tried earlier today to return a defective vape pen, and was told by a manager that they could not accept a return after 30 days. But apparently this is not an official policy, and I should have been (and will be) given a refund. I'm very glad, because I like the selection at this store, and now I will continue to shop there. read more

WARNING : They do not accept credit cards as stated here. Only debit cards or cash. Just as an FYI, if you pay with a debit card, the charge will appear as if you did an ATM transaction and their name will not appear anywhere. if your debit card is not from their bank you will be chaged a fee which will be added to your purchase total and it's possible your bank will charge you a fee as well. I called their store in Rochelle Park twice and left a voice mail for a call back with no response. Not cool at all read more

Went in there asking a few questions about what would be best indica/hybrid vape/preroll Gio was very helpful and knowledgeable advised me to go with a live rosin cart two puffs got me where I needed to be and told me to go with the mixed berry Fernway which came with a lot more joints then I thought I would get they are very strong and taste incredible highly recommend if you have any questions finding gio and asking read more

Also, made an opt out request for my data to be deleted or at least not sold a couple months ago and have heard nothing back. So, apart from having your name and phone # endlessly sold/marketed for the rest of your life, every company will now know your recreational habits I only do walk-in orders never online and this is the ONLY dispensary in NNJ that requires your phone # for a walk-in, with no opt outs. Harmony, Rise, Garden state, Apothecarium, etc, don't. Only dispensary I've been to where associates are rude bordering on hostile. Won't go back again, even if I have to drive longer to go to others read more

A lot of the bud tender are rude today I didn't get to see a woman's name but my husband didn't want to be served by her, they ended up insulting each other and she followed him to the back parking lot to record him laughing at his miserable life and yelling things at me that I didn't even know what was going on, she even made fun of the car we have and for me that was discrimination because if I have money to buy and I'm a client at least give me a little respect. In the end I think she's the one in a miserable life and I don't know why she has the right to record me and insult me if she's just a budtender. I thought the weed industry it would be better than the all that shit of this society and it's worse read more

This dispensary USED to be good by giving discounts for shortages on edibles. Their policy has now changed and they want me to take pictures of the shortages bring the pics to them, and wait 48 hours for results. I am a stage 4 metastatic breast cancer patient and cannot go there on a whim and am on a strict budget. This is twice now that I have been shorted on VAl Halla and Ozone edibles. Be aware and COUNT all your products. I would even weight anything they sell you in flower. I will not be going back to this location because of their bad policies. I now have to find a new place. read more

DO NOT GO, I purchased a while back and wasn't so happy with the product quality and care of the bud. I went back to give it a second shot and was truly disappointed, 3.5 of the sour dubb for $55.00 one month old, I got home opened the container to find DRY CRISPY BUD, you touch it and it turns to powder.. Just horrible care and quality of the product, I felt that was a lot of money to pay for product in these times so I went through the hassle of calling and complaining just to hear from the employee that they cant do anything and basically the product is still fine to use. This is what you get from corporate monsters who take over industries for nothing but MONEY and PROFITS. These people have no connection to the product or industry.. this is a business with employees no more no less. If you want real service and quality product there are many other places to go. I hope you don't waste your money like I did Twice. -- read more

Terrible experience today, today was my second time, after spending over $100 here last Friday I came by today for preroll, after being on three separate lines they said oh" usually chime debt card has been giving us an issue bit no problem" after swiping my card several times, nothing. In the most shocking part of all this is their ATMs are out of cash and was told to me by employees that it's been a few days I was really upset because there was no note left anywhere in the entrance of dispensary, letting us know before hand about problems in your dispensary with your machines because what I went through today was embarrassing. They made it seem like I had no money in my account and then your dispensary's ATMs have no cash surprise surprise customers come in and they have no idea.! read more

I really want to give this place a 5 stars. Its just due to them charging me something different than what was said online and i couldnt get eveything i wanted due to the website lying about the price. I will come back to the fortlee spot again and talk to them in person about it but I just dont like being lied to about the price cause I got 3 items that came out to 217 bucks with the tax added but when i got there they charged me 223 dollars like how can the website say one thing but when I get there the person says the other. read more

Professional, efficient & friendly staff. I've been to other dispensaries in the area & Ascend Ft Lee ranks way above the rest for best flower & service. read more

My wife's been hitting up this spot for about a year, smooth experiences until she was attended by this dude that's always in a bucket hat or beanie who just can't take a hint. She's there to grab her stuff, not to entertain cheesy pickup lines. It's gotten to the point that she will just try to avoid going there if she thinks he'll be there. We're looking for a new dispensary now, somewhere with chill staff who know boundaries. How many other ladies has he weirded out with those lines? Who knows, but we're out. read more

Great new spot. Fast and efficient. Love that you can simply order online and walk right in for pick up.

Actually the worst customer service I've ever received. Everyone is watching ticktocks on there phones. No one is helpful. Closes at 8pm but at 6:50pm, some unhelpful dude is standing at the door saying to go to the website and preorder in the next 3 minutes or you can't come in. Doesn't give the website name. Figured it out in about a minute but there are no appointments available. Thanks for wasting my time guys! It's not the first time! read more
