The female that works in that store I assume is the manager has no knowledge of products. Doesn't know the difference between a meal or protein shake. Is always snide. I will say that my experience shopping in store is pretty limited. I stopped in right after noon on Sunday to pick up an order I placed online. I did not want to wait for the shipping so picking up would be quicker. I placed the order online order late Saturday afternoon and just a short while later, I received confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. The store had just opened but there were already a couple of customers shopping around and making purchases. This location is situated in a strip mall across from the mall of GA. I assume in the prime of day, parking may be a struggle as the parking lot is pretty small. While waiting in line, I could see that they had everything you need for your healthy lifestyle. They have everything from vitamins, protein, pre workout, or a huge fridge of ready to go drinks if you something immediately. read more

Native cotton If your black don't go here. Dillan the key holder literally walked me to the cash register to check me out. Then turned to the white man that was behind me and checked him out first. All while the assistant manager watched it happen. Is it because I was the only black woman in the store? Will never be back again. read more

So rude. Was planning on walking in and grabbing a few things and was told buy the manager that we could pay to buy masks or we wouldn't be allowed to shop there so we left. Went somewhere else spent 200$ and they didn't ask us to wear a mask. There a no mask mandates anymore stop trying to push them on people. The store was completely empty. Always helpful. They always have what I need. I am usually greeted upon entering. I think the lady up front even knows me by name:) They ALWAYS have cheaper prices than GNC and a better selection. They will price match their online prices if you ask, they're usually about 30% less online:) read more

I was really surprised by this store. It's huge, well more huge than your average vitamin shop. Things that you can't find in GNC, this place has them and I was truly amazed. Actually it was a fluke that I went to this place as Olive Garden is pretty much next door. GNC told me what I was looking for I wouldn't be able to find within 20 miles and maybe have to order online. That wasn't the case here. It appears that I found a vitamin shop when I need certain things. read more

This particular location has wonderful, knowledgeable & caring staff that enjoy helping customers find the right products. The policy at The vitamin Shoppe is they'll match pricing if you can find it lower somewhere else. They also have a points system and online direct to your door option. I always enjoy my shopping experience here. read more

Modest selection, which is the only thing going for this place. If you find what you want on their website, expect to pay up to 50% more at the store. Did you read the product reviews on their website? Too bad, 'cause they're a farce, too. They only post "approved" reviews so you'll likely find that none of their products have a poor overall score. Sure, you'll find a few bad reviews sprinkled here and there, but that's only to make their site look legitimate. I won't be giving any more of my $ to a place that engages in such deceptive business practices. read more

I walked in here and there was a shorter stocky guy helping me. I asked him what supplements he like to use and rudely said to me "food". Sometimes it's not what you say it's how you say it and this gentleman certainly wasn't happy with his job or was having a bad day. Regardless that is unacceptable. read more

My girlfriend and I recently went in on 04/27/14 with a couple of simple questions regarding vitamins.. Upon entering we were NOT greeted at all, but received a glance. We walked around the store for 20 minutes and were NOT asked if we needed help. We noticed that every Caucasian that came in after us were energetically greeted and had services offered. This is absolutely ridiculous! My girlfriend and I will NEVER spend a dime in this store and we will tell everyone about our experience, and to NEVER shop at a vitamin shoppe ever if this is how the staff is trained!! read more

This review is primarily for the online experience. I have been in the buford location a few times and they didn't have a lot of the products i was looking for..and I noticed the prices online were cheaper than in the store which was a bit disappointing. I ordered online bc they had save $20 if you spend $100..my total come up to $109 and they never honored the $20 during the checkout process...I immediately inquired about why it didn't deduct I was told bc one of my products was not included in the sale...buuuuut i promise i didn't see a message or warning about something not qualifying. I looked in amazon for the products and found a few items cheaper so i asked to cancel the order this is within minutes of placing the order.. I was told it was too late..my options were -refuse the shipment when it arrives and get full credit back to paypal or return in store and get merchandise credit of course I wasn't here when the product was delivered...so they should consider that the last bit of money from me..taking my business elsewhere.. I honestly believe it was a bait and switch but i don't have the screenshot to prove that a message was in fact not on my screen #pissed read more
