They couldn't even get the right color, when I got there to pick it up the lady attending us asked for the name the order was under and she didn't even bother to check for my name, just the color. As if she couldn't figure it out herself, then she called the owner to "confirm" or something and when she took the bouquet out she had it in a vase and looked almost nothing like the picture we showed. I asked for something smaller because it was literally just the flowers in a vase and as I mentioned before it was supposed to be handheld. She then offered to cut some parts off and wrap it, we agreed and hoped it would look better but she quite literally cut almost everything off and just left the roses, it was so small and the "wrap" she put on it looked like a raggedy table cloth that was ripped. I paid almost $100 for this bouquet and for what? I will be sure to let others know about the kind of business they offer.

However, you are suppose to get the same flowers which are in the pictures online. I paid for a large arrangement of a bouquet. First, the flowers were delivered 4 days after the delivery date I chose which was after Mother's Day. When they delivered them, they were nothing like the picture. After I sent my mom the picture of what I ordered, she took the flowers back down to Rainbow Floral and showed them the picture. Their response was they don't get all the money from the 3rd party sites and if you want it to look like the picture, order straight from them. If you have a problem with that maybe you shouldn't contract with them but that's not my problem. I paid for what I saw online and expected the same flowers. They are definitely getting over with that and know they delivered some left over Mother's Day scraps. I didn't want a refund but at least you could have made the arrangement look better. I feel that was bad customer service.
