I could feel it was time to make this happen, so I started perusing artists in the area and found Virtu's website. I saw a photo of an ancient symbol that I have been carrying around for those same 15 years, in the hopes of using it in my tattoo vision. Clearly, I was being "called" to the shop. I walked in just hoping to have a consultation, but then I met Larry. He's an award-winning artist with an AMAZING talent (just look at the artwork he produces daily and on a whim). We vibed immediately and I knew I had found my artist and scheduled time right away (this guy is going to be BUSY)! Over the next week I shared my vision and some images I wanted to use; either as referential artwork or as inspiration to this amazing artist. When we finally met for my session with Larry, I have NEVER felt more "heard," as the pictures in my head started to take actual shape before my eyes under the expertise of Larry's talented hands. Because he's such a good listener, he was able to take what was in my head and physically produce it! He's truly & amazingly gifted!!! We tweaked it, shaped it as we went, and I've never felt more confident that his free-hand was exactly what this tattoo required. It was a long and intense session but the result left me speechless... and still does. I can't look at my tattoo without losing the words to describe how absolutely ecstatic I am over this incredible design and Larry's REMARKABLE talent!!! It's a sometimes fearful experience to commit one's flesh to an artist's interpretation... but with Larry, you're going to feel heard, watch your vision become reality and have a TRUE artist become a part of your physical being until you leave this Earth. I know that the power of this tattoo is going to change my life's trajectory. I'll be forever grateful to Larry and Virtu for helping to shape my future and deepen my connection to my fellow humans. Otherwise, my sister's nostril piercing went great but when I went to get my second ear lobe he brought out a cheap piercing gun like the ones at Claire's. I went to an actual piercing shop so I wouldn't have to deal with a piercing gun, but he said that was the only option which I knew was a lie so I just went with it since we paid for the piercing before we even got them. he made the mark where it was supposed to go but when I looked in the mirror it was far off from the mark he made, my mom noticed this too so he said oops and did it again. the second time it looked fine. When I left I noticed that both of my seconds weren't symmetrical and was unfortunately really disappointed with my service.

I finally talked him into getting it redone so I did my research and found James at elite skin tattoo. He was known for his tribal and since my husband tat was a tribal on his arm I was hoping he can do something with it to make it more presentable. James exceeded my expectations he did an awesome job. Then my husband decided to go back to get his 18 year old tattoo he got at 18 spruced up. I really wasn't expecting a big change just a little add on and getting his old one reinked. No biggie we went back to James and he had a vision on getting rid of the old tat and making a new one. His vision came out awesome and my husband is in love with his new tattoo. This place is always busy and they do some awesome work. James is a great artist and it's great working with someone that has so much passion in his work. I believe Mike is the main tattoo artist there and when I saw his work I was amazed. He seems to do an awesome job on flowers. I will be going back to get a tat from Mike since his flowers look so awesome and his colors are so bright. His appointments are a little far out there but he's worth the wait! After I healed up I noticed there were a few spots that I was not too happy with and mike got me an immediate appointment even with his completely booked schedule and touched up the areas today. He proceeded to draw what he wanted which was a deviation from the design I presented. My tattoo is out of proportion and I hate it. I am remiss for not having spoken up. I should have insisted my design be transferred instead of allowing the freehand drawing. I have never left a tattoo shop (12 separate tattoos) without my new tattoo being covered, this tattoo shop handed me a paper towel! This is my fault and the purpose of this post is to warn others. I have no idea what it costs to have this removed but it is coming off.
