The inside reminds me of a little Americanized French cafe on the water. There are plenty of options to choose from and the portions are huge! My husband got a house salad to start and a shrimp platter for his entree. The shrimp was delicious and not too greasy. He would have preferred the salad as a side and will do that next time. I got the Étouffée with shrimp, sausage and chicken - it was delicious. The side of French bread was super fluffy as well; it tasted like their croutons were made from the same bread. The service was stellar! Our server didn't push us to order and gave us the opportunity to ask questions. She waited on our whole section and was always thoughtful and let tables know when she'd be asking them to wait a few minutes while she served another table. We'll definitely be back!

My neice had the chicken sandwich with fries. My sister had the charbroiled red fish with shrimp and lemon sauce. I had the shrimp skewers with lemon caper butter sauce and red beans and rice! Sooo good! The service was amazing, Hayden took really good care of us at the bar! Oh we also had the baked oysters and the blood orange margaritas and the Dee Ablo margaritas! Great food! Great atmosphere! I would def go back!

Repeat customer here, and unfortunately this experience was frustrating and left a bad taste…read more After work, I called in an order for chicken pad thai, gyoza, summer rolls, and beef salad. They asked for the name multiple times, repeated the order back to me, and I specifically mentioned the chicken pad thai again to confirm the order before ending the call. When I got home, I realized there was no chicken pad thai in the order -- instead, we received chicken satay. I called the restaurant, and after looking it up by name, I realized they had entered the wrong name entirely. I ordered under "Jacob," but they somehow placed it under "Kalab." What was disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. I was told I needed to drive back to the restaurant, return the chicken satay, and pay the price difference for the pad thai -- even though the mistake originated from the restaurant. With gas prices the way they are, asking a customer to make another trip and pay extra to correct the restaurant's error doesn't feel right. It also felt strange to be asked to bring back food that had already left the restaurant. Once food leaves the establishment, it typically can't be reused or reserved for anyone else, so it raised questions about what the purpose of returning it even was. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But customer service is really defined by how those mistakes are resolved.

After hearing about the changes along Harrison Avenue and that Ferrucci's had undergone a makeover, we decided to give it another try. Wow, talk about redemption! We had a great night with a lovely dining experience, refreshing drinks, and delicious food that delivered one great course after another. The roasted red peppers and prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella ball kicked off the evening and didn't disappoint. We remembered enjoying it years ago, and it still remains a favorite today. Next, we warmed up from the chilly December night air with a cup of potato soup and chicken tortellini. Both were satisfyingly delicious, leaving you scraping the bowl for more. For entrées, my wife ordered the Zuppa di Pesce, a seafood stew with a spicy tomato broth. It was packed with seafood and flavor, with just enough heat to put a little sweat on your brow. I opted for the night's special--the lobster ravioli with sautéed mushrooms--which delivered savory, well-balanced flavors and the kind of satisfaction that comes from knowing you made the right choice. Too full for dessert, we ordered another round of drinks and toasted to second chances done right. Ferrucci's has clearly found its groove, and in a town with limited Italian choices, that matters. Consider this redemption story complete--we'll definitely be back.

My daughters loved the cucumber sandwiches--they tasted fresh and crisp. The ham and provolone had a mustard spread they didn't care for, and the bread was a little on the stale side. That said, the presentation on the two-tier platter was undeniably cute. Honestly though, the real win here is the vibe. It somehow blends traditional afternoon tea with hip coffee shop energy and just a hint of speakeasy moodiness. The "bar" lined with loose leaf teas instead of liquor bottles was such a fun touch (though yes, they do serve alcohol too if that's your thing). We sat in one of the window alcoves, which felt semi-private and made the whole outing with my daughters feel a little extra special. And the floor-to-ceiling bookshelf? Chef's kiss. Our server was attentive and cheerful, and mentioned they offer a full high tea once a month--which apparently sells out in five minutes (not surprising). But honestly, the mini tea (available Fridays and Saturdays) was just right for us.

Light food also available like a vegan soup, scone with clotted cream and jam and couple other items. Loved this place wil stop back again!
