I booked a last minute massage due to a migraine and not only did she take care of my migraine, but it was so incredibly relaxing. Pressure was just right, and I could feel her working out knots in muscles I didn't even know I had lol. When it came to my turn I specifically told her I just wanted my brows cleaned up (they're already thick and full) and she gave me a very noticeable sharp arch that made me look like I was mad and giving everyone attitude... She had products to give me a proper service (pre cleanse, and more to clean up after she did my brows) but for some reason just went right in with no prep or clean up and left me with brow hair all over my face. The worst part, was during the service. Brows don't take too long so I was surprised she put the service on pause. She told me to wait a second and left to go feed her kid in the MIDDLE of doing my eyebrows. She wasn't gone for a couple minutes either. I was left sitting there for over 10 minutes contemplating if she actually left the business or something...I wish I was joking. I haven't been back since and don't understand the good reviews honestly. I think people are just happy with an average service at a very low cost. I don't think that makes it excellent by any means.
