You can totally adapt venue with any theme you have in mind. Nice open space. The only thing I noticed was one restroom which can be a problem. I didn't really do a total walk through to check out space in back. So all I can hope is there is another one. Definitely look into this space, start looking at food vendors, go talk with Barrio brewery about craft beers, and go throw yourself a great get-together!

They have everything you can think of from A/V Equipment is heavy, Hi-Speed Internet,, power point/hdmi connectors, TVs, projector screens, a PA system, furniture and more. There isn't a detail that gets missed. And most importantly, working with Erin (Marketing/Events Manager) is a true joy! She treats your event just as her own. She's incredibly knowledgeable, organized, enthusiastic and one thousand percent committed to making your event perfect! If you're searching for a venue for anything from a wedding reception to corporate event, workshop, etc. Railyard fits the bill! I worked with Erin on a special event and the entire process was fun and stress free. In addition to be a venue, Rail Yard also offers smaller meeting spaces that fit individual needs to small groups. You can rent for the day or lease a workspace from them. Everything is top quality and really beautiful. They also a have a kitchen with coffee and snacks! If I was going to rent an office space, I'd absolutely have one here! It's a beautiful setting with lovely people!

Poorly managed. Poorly maintained. What a rip off for over $200 per night. I will not stay there…read moreagain- well worth the drive to Globe/Miami. The room key-cards rarely worked. The front desk clerk left at 5 pm, so we were quite concerned our key would not let us back in the hotel after dinner. Thank goodness it did, because the keys didn't work the next mornin, and I would have been locked outa my room. Our room was not cleaned. We only had one towel. Sheets were stained. No toiletries. Not even soap! When I asked Audrey for soap, shampoo and conditioner and towels, I just got one towel, and no just conditioner. Audrey said they had no conditioner, and had no "bar" soap, and then she handed me a partially-used, already opened travel-size liquid facial cleanser. There were two rat/mouse traps positioned under my bedside table. Not a great feeling. The shelf in the shower was broken off and missing. The TV and continental breakfast were a complete waste of time. The leather sofas in the lobby were cracked and worn, and looked like they had sat outside in the sun all summer. Too bad. They made an effort to refurbish the place, but didn't hire the right people to look after it. Sad story and a waste of my money. BUYER BEWARE!

Rather than attempting to sleep in a room with no AC I picked him up and he stayed the night with us in our Airbnb. The following morning (Saturday) he went to his room showered and left the room. Long story short he never once slept in the hotel room which was purchased from Friday - Sunday. Per the Hotel manager since the shower was used there was no option for a refund.. pretty expensive shower $428 to be exact. Poor communication on managements part and pretty disappointed how the entire situation was handled.

What a treat. The Kenyon ranch is absolutely divine. We stayed here as part of a group for a few…read moredays and loved every minute. Despite the fact that the ranch is genuinely and wonderfully historic, it is very clean and well cared for and we lacked nothing. The guest rooms and common areas are comfortable and charming. Each room is unique and had all the creature comforts we could need. The grounds offer areas of individual respite or group gatherings. I spent quiet moments listening to the contented horses eating breakfast while watching the antics of a pair of cardinals (in addition to the many other beautiful birds all over the grounds). Did not use the pool or hammock but they looked inviting. The food! Sooo good! It's not easy to feed a large varied group such as ours but they did so with flying colors. Always delicious and plentiful and accommodating. We felt spoiled and loved it. The staff is down to earth and genuine and treated us all like royalty. The team of Ross and Lynee enhanced our experience at Kenyon even more. Ross matched each rider to the right horse and offered safe enjoyable riding through the beautiful desert and shared cowboy poetry in the evening. Lynee ensured every single guest had the most delightful experience. True professionals. The ranch is remote enough to feel and enjoy tranquility but very nearby there are opportunities to enjoy art, State and National parks/museums, dining and shopping. There is plenty to do if one chooses. The Kenyon Ranch is good for the soul and we will be back.

At this size rental, the owners allowed us full use of the industrial kitchen and lodge. At the time of our stay, the kitchen was completely ready for cooking with every pot/pan/utensil we could need to prepare meals, and the lodge had a lot of fun stuff to keep us busy: volleyball net with volleyball, pool table, board games, and a ton of seating for hanging out. The common areas of the Chalet and Bunkhouse also had a seating area with board games, and a TV with DVD player and DVDs, and a kitchenette w/ fridge and microwave for making coffee/tea and heating food. The owners of Aspen Lodge could not have been more kind and accommodating. They got about a dozen or more of us in for horseback riding while we were there. The horseback riding trail was beautiful and fun. I highly recommend staying at Aspen Lodge, especially if you are a big group and want to stay together and get lots of quality time. The rooms had a lot of charm and character with very sweet unique decor & art in each. The accommodations are not fancy or luxurious. The room felt much more like staying in a family's house than a hotel (i.e., the bed, linens, towels were not fancy, but they were clean, the bed was a bit worn in - probably not amazing for someone with a really sensitive back). All that said, you and your family will have a fantastic time here!

I take my daughter there for the Sunny Studio art classes and we get to enjoy the Second Sky community space afterwards. Outside they have the adventure playground that is really incredible! It's also a non-profit with the goal to create a space that serves the whole community. Their big picture, long-term plan is amazing. I've copied/pasted this following information from their digital booklet: "A shaded outdoor adventure playground for hands-on S.T.E.A.M. learning across multiple ages. A cafe with coffee, pastries, fast casual lunch and dinner, beer, wine and healthy soft drinks. A digital art venue. An event space with regular programming. A community space for meetings, rehearsals, clubs, and groups. A co-working spot for remote and self-employed workers. Multiple Experiences in One Place Putting these attractions in one large beautiful space lets people spend more time together instead of driving from destination to destination.
