You order and pay at the counter. They bring your food to you. Service was friendly and prompt. Loved their t-shirts, too. They had a lot of options on their menu (which is on the wall above the counter) -- some "healthier" than others. I chose their soup and half sandwich. And my husband opted for one of their acai bowls. For my half sandwich, I chose the Turkey with avocado and cranberry sauce. I had them leave off the mayo. The sandwich was very good. I liked the whole grain bread it was on and the combo of savory and sweet. For my soup, I had the tomato bisque. It was thick and creamy. For me there was a bit too much acidity, but it went well with the sandwich. So I took most of it home and my husband enjoyed it later that day. His choice was their Reef Road acai bowl. The bowl had layers of fresh cut fruit -- kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, et al, and some crunchy grains. The bottom layer was frozen acai. And I think there was coconut sprinkled on top. He said it was very good and quite refreshing. I'd come back to try some of their other soups and sandwiches or maybe one of their salads...he'd return for their bowls and smoothies.

Consistently fantastic falafel...so long as you make sure to ask them for a freshly made batch!…read more I eat at Maoz every once in awhile when I'm at the mall. It's one of those places I always underestimate and don't think much about. And then when I go there and get something, I surprised by how good it is. On my last visit I got an order of piping hot falafel, a small salad and some schug. The falafel was great, super crunchy on the outside, very tender inside. The salad was nice and fresh and the schug was super duper spicy. Outstanding. I also have to mention their really tasty, though expensive, freshly pressed juices. The one with the carrot and ginger is absolutely delicious and very refreshing. I get it all the time when I go. Overall I'm going to stick with a very strong four-star rating. It would probably be five stars if they would just make freshly fried falafel the standard. But unfortunately if you don't ask for fresh, they give you whatever sitting around and it's not nearly as good.

Spent four hours here changing mobile phone plans, getting new cell phones and then transferring all of the data. We wanted something healthy and happily were able to grab a vegetarian falafel made to order. The food court was clean and quiet. I created my own falafel with lots of vegetables and a cilantro sauce on top of the whole wheat pita. It was over stuffed and very good.

We visited immediately on our arrival. The restaurant was clean and well lighted, and the staff was polite and attentive. As one of the members of our group as a gluten allergy, we were advised to stay away from most of the appetizers which we did. (even though most of them they have a GF label next to them on the menu) We decided to have our dinner family style, which is traditional what to do at most Indian restaurants so we ordered the Grilled Tandoori Chicken, A Grilled Chicken Kabab, Chicken Biryani, Chana Daal and the Lamb Vindaloo (we were warned ahead of time that this would be spicy and let me tell you it did not disappoint .... It was pure which would be definitely not something to get for the faint of heart and stomach! However, it was spot on and delicious!) Their Naans were large fresh and delicious! I must say that the prices were fair, and the portions were not stingy. They did not have the typical Indian fare that is served in most Indian restaurants but the menu was extensive and interesting. FELLOW YELPERS DO GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA. We will be back!!

And their sale price on eggs is usually decent. As long as you don't care about name brands and are willing to take a chance, you're ok. Lately not so much. I'm getting tired of spending money to try one of their house items and not liking it. We had been at the nearby Culver's and decided to stop here for a couple items on my list. Unfortunately, they had neither of the items. Tons of pumpkin spiced cream cheese in a tub, but not one container of regular cream cheese. And your only choices in the jams/jellies section were honey, grape jelly, and strawberry jam. Again, not what we were looking for. We walked through the weekly specials section of non-food items and the shelves were a disaster. Everything in a big jumble like the locusts had swarmed through . Guess we won't be shopping here...

Think of Aldi's as the estranged brother of Trader Joe's. The abbreviated history is that Aldi's…read moreand Trader Joe's were owned by German brother's who fell out over whether or not to sell cigarettes. One headed the chain that became Aldi's and the other chain became Trader Joe's. While Trader Joe's has great prices, Aldi will beat them and just about everyone else's prices every time. You can still signs of that German heritage all over Aldi's like in their German line of products called Deutsche Kuche, which offers offers beer, chocolate, roasted coffee, and uncured Bavarian bratwurst. If you want to save money on groceries Aldi's is a great way to do it. In order to bring you those low prices Aldi's has instituted some cost cutting measures. If you want a cart you will need to bring a quarter and to get your money back you need to return your cart from the parking lot back to the store saving employees from having to collect the carts. You will also have to bring your own bags or pay for theirs. Lines will most likely be long because they keep their staff to a bare bones minimum. Best of all is the check out. To get people through the line more quickly they will literally throw your groceries into the cart they keep chained at the check out. You will frantically try to grab your items out but will never be fast enough. I used to just carry groceries around the store in bags I brought but getting my own cart has made the checkout process a lot smoother so now I always keep a quarter hanging in an Aldi's keychain made for that purpose attached to my purse.. I have noticed that a lot of stores are leaving carts where the quarter slot is locked in the parking lot for shoppers but not at this store. The more I shopped at Aldi's the more I save and now I have become a regular shopper. Thanks Rachel for turning me on to the Aldi Nerd Community Groupon Facebook which gives me tons of great ideas. I end up stopping an Aldi's at least once a week wherever I end up. This week it happened to be at a brand new store in Loxahatchee Groves which opened on January 28. It is right near all of the agriculture fields in Loxahatchee so they won't have far to look for fresh produce. It's growing in all the fields right down the street. Awesome score of the week was finding boxes of the chicken schnitzel. I wish I could have bought every box. I haven't seen these since October fest. They are perfectly breaded crunchy chicken cutlets. You can eat them as is or put them on top salads, add sauce, or chop for tacos. You can use them a million ways and they are so easy to cook. I also scored my favorite French roast K cups which is sometimes hard to find and their Girl Scout knock off Samoas which are only $1.25. The not so good is that all of the Aldi's I have checked this week are out of the cheap bags of spinach, they only have organic and no bagged salads. That is the Aldi life, sometimes you win and sometimes you end up back at Publix. In any case thanks to Aldi I have cut my grocery bill by at least half and I am eating a lot healthier too (except for those Samoas). I love Aldi's, especially when I find a brand new one.
