Just from my personal experience, the leasing agent Bryan was prompt, personable, and helpful. Was very impactful for giving a break down of the monthly rates, community engagement, maintenance response, amenities, etc.
Thus me and my fiancée moved in.
The Community is quiet most of the time Monday through Friday, but this is just my perspective from my apartment in Building 4.
Activities are nice and there is usually 5-7 per month with 2 events being very seasonally inspired. From free large pumpkins to Christmas white elephants and gifts to movie watching with seasonal snacks and pizza.
Amenities. There a few - pet wash, pool, lounge, tennis court, dog park, mailroom. Gym is decent. Great range of weights and some useful machine. I personally head to a spacious large local gym. Mailroom is enclosed and well placed. Haven't experienced theft nor seen it here, but this is real life. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen everywhere. Haven't heard of a break in and it pretty hard with there being two locks on the door. One that maintenance can access and another that inaccessible from outside the apartment.
Lounge is nice and spacious. Do bring your own mug for coffee and hot chocolate. I personally do not use it but it low enough in height for a child with a float being monitored to be fine. I'm from California, so it either the ocean or traveling to lakes like Travis and ladybird outside of the pool at the gym I travel to.
Maintenance is very quick and response to fixes. As far as dog park. I have two nice and overly friendly therapy cats.
Rate: It's affordable. Especially with the amount of corporate lay offs. Out of the greystar apartments here in Austin, I would personally recommend this place.
1 Complaint: I don't know if it personally my building (4), but someone is burning that damn gas through the night and it travels through the HVAC system to the point that me and my fiancée will personally just leave the bathroom's ventilation on through the night. I'm almost certain it coming from the third floor.
Note (2). (1)The manager has changed and the previous manager was so nice and helpful; I haven't met the new manager, so I might come back and update this. (2) Amazon will either deliver at your door, the mailroom, or the people that sign up for Amazon delivery will leave it at the front office. Otherwise, this would be 5 stars. read more
