Honestly, from the outside it does not look l ike much. It is a block type building with minimal exterior decorations. They do have a parking lot for visitors Once you go inside, the place really opens up and is a large smoking lounge. The humidor is right when you walk in. Then after that you enter another large rooms with tvs scattered around with couches and chairs around each tv area. This is really nice so everyone does not have to sit in one seating area.. So if you want to try to talk... join a group- if you want to smoke and read or watch tv... go to another area. There is also a back room that had a tv and some couches. They have a full bar as well. I did not have much interaction with the staff so no feedback to give on them, but if i am in the area again. I will definitely stop in!

Ezra assisted me in finding items I needed and was very patient and thoughtful in answering all my questions despite being very busy assisting others. I loved how they created a sense of arrival in the store with two trees at the entrance area with a crystal chandelier hanging between them, eye catching displays, and a large dining table with chairs. The tarot & oracle deck selection was massive. Some of the decks were not available for sale online. I purchased three large Oracle decks on clearance for $12-$15 each, a dragon incense holder, oudh incense, nag champa cone incense, and got two books from exchange chest there. There were many items I wanted to purchase yet considered buying them later.

She helped me steer toward what I came for but they also have flavored balsamic too which I love!! She helped me with tastings and was super helpful with pairing the flavors to what I was cooking tonight. I ended up with like 3-4 flavors! They have different sizes too from a small to a large bottle. When you purchase you can become part of a reward program so next time you come if you bring empty bottle you get a $1 credit toward next bottle purchase. They like recycling bottles but if you keep them it's fine. You can also get texts about events or sales they have coming up. I was very happy with my purchase !
