I have purchase several mods, tanks and batteries from this store in the past, but they recently hired a particularly incompetent weekend clerk, I believe named Michael, that was extremely rude and not particularly knowledgeable about any of the items they had for sale. He was unable to disassemble and reassemble a simple tank in order to assist with my repairs. They had sold to me less than 60 days prior and had broken! Supremely stocked not only with the latest equipment, but lots of the good equipment from the past couple of years that don't cost you an arm and a leg. The owner was there when I walked in the store along with his two employees. Great guy and obviously a great business man with their expansion to now 3 locations. Lots of the replacement items as well. Forget those crappy chain stores that were once all over town. Walk in now and they have barely any product. This is business is far more personal. Super Mike- Vacation Saver! Blew into town with a broken tank. Checked out a few lame vape stores before I found Burnett's. Coming from Vaping Nirvana I found most places basic and amateurish. A quick call to Mike and things we're looking up. He was very helpful on the phone. He had exactly what we needed. He was even super patient with with the wife's questions. He was very knowledgeable as the wife has a PhD in Vape. Great place! Super Helpful! Skip the amateur hour places that seem to populate this town like fleas on a dog. I found this place last year and have been loyal to them since my first visit, shopping there for all my vape supplies. Recently I bought a new mod (right before Christmas). Yesterday, I returned for more juice and a new battery. Upon changing the battery out, the mod just stopped working. I took both back to the store. Turns out it wasn't the battery that caused the mod to stop working caused it worked in another mod. Nevertheless, I still have an $80 mod approximately one month old that is defective which Burnett's will not replace. The owner (I think or manager) just kept saying, "you want me to eat it?" Ummm...yes. I get the mod may only have a 7 day warranty. BUT, I am loyal to you. I only shop your store. I have never returned anything before. And, you will make your loss back relatively quickly by my continued patronage. Its called customer service. The only thing offered was a discount on a new mod. Really?? Why in the world would I spend more money in a store that is proving their unwillingness to stand behind a defective product they already sold me? A store which is, at that very moment, proving I mean nothing than the money they can extract out of me. So if you frequent a variety of vape shops, then I guess one is just as good as the next. But if you are like me and try to develop relationships with the places you spend your money, then go somewhere else. Go where you will be appreciated. Go where they understand a vendor/customer relationship goes beyond and is more than the money spent. (Ironically, you make more money when you understand that.) Go to a place that if something goes wrong, the store will support you. THAT PLACE IS NOT BURNETT'S BVAPE LAB. PS. I called a store I shop at when I'm in Nashville and discussed with them. The owner told me he knew of problems with that particular mod and if I had purchased it from him, he would have gladly replaced it for free. He said my continued business and referrals were more important than the little he makes on a single mod. Now that's how you run a store. read more

Let's face it, these days the difference between a good vape shop and a GREAT one is its staff... this one has an awesome staff and great prices! Yes you can go in and buy the standard run of the mill ejuice you can get anywhere, or you can make your own! I have to admit to being a bit intimidated my first time even with being a long time vaper, but the staff not only walked me through it, they took the time to explain each step in depth. A big plus in my book. Pretty soon I was trading recipes and thinking of new flavor combos with the rest of the customers. Speaking of customers and atmosphere, there is always someone new to hang out with and it feels more like a community. I have experienced this in other cities, and other vapers I have met here from other places have said that is the one thing Wilmington lacks in the vaping scene, a community where people can swap ideas and just shoot the breeze. Looks like those people are finally getting their wish with this place. So let me be the first to say this online, cause this really sums up Burnetts in my opinion. This place doesn't have customers, it has a fan base. The only regret that I have in writing this review is the fact that it will get long lines at the juice bar when too many people find out about it. read more

A friend of mine told me about this shop, I have to say it is one of the most unique Vape shops I've ever been in. It has a ISO Grade Lab in the store where they manufacture several lines. They also have a selection of premium liquids. It's a small store but they have a great selection and reasonable priced hardware, and e-liquid. This place is the only place you should go, I went to 2 other places before finding vapor lab looking for something specific and the people were so rude and the second place didn't even have what I was looking for (not going to blast them on your page but they're nearby). Came here they not only had it; they were super polite and helpful, didn't try to oversell me crap I didn't need. Same thing the next time I came super friendly, and I came just now and they totally hooked me up with a case. You guys have mine and all my friends business forever. Keep being awesome. read more
