This is my favorite place to go and get vapes and eliquids from. I've been visiting Wilmington for over two years now and always wait till I can go to this particular store. The staff have always been friendly and personable while also managing to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And their liquids? A+ tastes and prices. My literal only complaint is that they often don't keep my mods in stock and it'll occasionally force me to upgrade when I kinda don't want too. Had a great experience. I called ahead and had some questions and Shelby was more than happy to help me by giving me her recommendations and she took the time to explain things to me, after coming there a few times Shelby asked if I would like an account to receive points and digital receipts. Of course!! Digital receipts I love because I can always pull them up if I have a issue in the future with a product and it makes it hassle free and easy to exchange or return. Overall 10/10. The first employee I dealt with, (he went by the name of Andrew) went out of his way to be helpful. However, when he went to check on something, the manager-Angie, intervened. She was EXTREMELY rude. I asked some questions, in which she responded to me as if I was a complete idiot! I was looking to buy what I went in there for & if they didn't have it, I was up for trying/buying something new. She didn't wanna let me actually look and hold certain products that were on display. This resulted in, me letting her know, that she was very unaccommodating & of course the store not making a sale/s. As a business owner, I know and understand the importance of great customer service. This gal, is by far, going to put this store out of business! Get rid of this chic & make Andrew the manager!!! If there were a zero, that is what I'd give. Several times I've bought a product only to find it didn't work. Even one time! No refund or replacement! NEVER have dealt with such an unprofessional business! My only hope is that another big chain comes to town with good customer service and blows these greedy people out of the water! read more

So the other day I go buy a new pod for my suorin air that i smoke out of. I get home and open it and the seal is broke and there's already ejuice in the pod. So I go back today to tell them and get a new pod- they look at me like I'm lying and the guy hits it and says "oh yea we don't even have that flavor juice in here" (like he'd be able to tell from the 1,000+ juices they have or something) and proceeds to say "we could get shut down for this" (yea no s**t) and my workers know that. And when i showed him the box with the little "MadVapes" print out sticker they label their things with he still tried to tell me it wasn't from there. Well CLEARLY NOT. He proceeds to give me a new pod "just this once" for free, while looking at me like I'm lying. So I go get my wallet and pay the dude anyway and literally say "i know you think I'm lying just by the way you're speaking and looking at me but I'm gonna pay for it anyway so you know I'm not trying to get a $4 pod for free." Be careful at this store. They tend to find loopholes in order to not honor their rewards cards. Ask before you request custom juice. Will order online from now on. Save on state nicotine tax as well. read more
