There have been some out of stock issue with their truck is what I am told which is totally okay and understandable but what is not okay is the terrible customer service I just received from the "manager" kyron I believe was his name (not sure how that would be spelled) letting me know "I am not a regular customer or else I would see they are not out of stock of the products often" which is a complete lie and not how you address a customer concern. Not once was I offered home shipping to order what I have been wanting, I was just laughed at and told "there's no way you come here everyday to look" which if you look at the transaction history and the amount of points I have used I am indeed in there every single day Monday thru Friday. I have never had an issue with vitamin shoppe customer service the regular crew are always great but he needs much much training on customer service and how that works. I will no longer give my business to this store.

The employees at the Monkey Junction location are more eager to help the customers and are way more friendly. Highlife's prices are generally very competitive. The selection of products gives the customer a broad choice with most of the options being of good to high quality.
