I am willing to wait my turn. I'm delighted that the usual two or three visits each month are not as rugged as some report about their service incounters. Having been in a multi-national management job for many years it is tough to get pounding reports on personnel not being liked by customers whether it is big biz to big biz or small store to individuals. Unless the serving person has some real and lasting problems, it is often that a soft word to them during the encounter may give them a change of direction for the rest of the day. And, oh yes, I have my problems from time to time.
