Love it!!! Now this is what a vape shop should look like!! Very welcoming & chic...and full of vape clouds!!! The staff is very knowledgeable about the entire inventory. No pressure or pushy & impatient staff here!! All very helpful & professional. Whether ur a beginner or pro, you'll feel at home. The variety and QUALITY of ejuice is mind blowing!! I had a list of brands(found on internet)I've been dying to vape, and heck yeah they carried them all!!! Mother's Milk by Suicide Bunny is outstanding!! 30ml bottle..yes yes yes!! Purple Dream by Vana Lava, my new all day vape!!! Sweet Tooth by Alpha WAS my fav before(A must vape: sorry Alpha isn't sold here). The only reason for 4 stars is NO MILITARY DISCOUNT. C'mon support our military!!An employee explained they lowered all prices 10% at this location, rather than giving a discount. Well there's a few vape shops in town that offer 15% military discount for each purchase. I highly recommend this shop and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

The selection is pretty good, but the lady who owns it is super rude. Everytime I've gone in there alone, she is almost annoyed that I'm there to purchase stuff. But when i go in with my Husband she is nicer. Kinda weird cuz I'm the one who pays for that stuff either way. The environment is nice if you like to hangout in vape shops. I just wish she didn't act like i was bothering her, I'm just trying to help her pay her bills ya know. Either way, the selection is pretty good. read more

I love this little vape shop. The lady who I always see (idk if she's the owner) is so welcoming and very patient because my husband and I are very indecisive about what juice to get next. I just moved here and i've never had a worse vape shop experience in my ENTIRE LIFE. I walked in and immediately felt the vibe that I wasn't being welcomed. It took the girl behind the counter about 10 minutes to even say anything and acknowledge that I was there, because she was too busy talking to this other customer about some pointless non-relevant topics. After she finally started talking to me, this is when she started the non-welcoming attitude and basically was acting like it was the end of the world to sell me a $110 vape. My overall purchase was OVER $200, and she couldn't even have the decency to brighten up her attitude just a little bit and be nice. It's sad to say I actually felt insecure and bad about myself after leaving this store. I felt that empty horrible feeling because of this girl, which is just unacceptable. read more

My mother and I visited Elly's today while shopping, and she found two dresses she really liked…read more Both had purple dots on the price tags, so we asked a sales associate what the dots meant. She wasn't sure, went to ask someone, and came back saying the "boss" told her the items were not on sale. My mother decided she didn't want the dresses, but I knew she really liked them. I took them to the register and asked the cashier to scan them. Both items rang up at 50% off. Thinking it might be a mistake, I asked her to scan them again, and once again they rang up at half price. When I told my mother they were 50% off, another associate, Dee, abruptly interrupted and said, "No, they are not. Nothing is on sale." Even the cashier seemed surprised and commented that purple dots usually indicated sale items. Dee then said she would get the manager. When Susan, the manager, arrived, we politely asked to speak with her to the side. In a very cold, monotone manner, she told us nothing in the store was on sale and that the purple dot simply identified an internet item. I asked why the register was applying a 50% discount and why the cashier believed the purple dots indicated a sale. Her response was that the sale rack outside also had purple-dot tags. If that's the case, it's incredibly confusing and misleading for customers. I then asked if they would honor the price that was scanning at the register. Susan showed no concern whatsoever and simply said that someone would buy the items at full price and that they "might go on sale in August." The irony is...it is August. Before leaving, I asked Dee for her name and confirmed the manager's name, Susan, because I knew I wanted to share this experience. The store itself is beautiful, and the prices are what I would expect for a beach boutique. Unfortunately, customer service can make or break a shopping experience, and ours was disappointing. One of the other sales associates even apologized to me for how we had been treated. When I told her she had been wonderful and that my concern was with the manager's attitude, she quietly replied that Susan is "like that with everyone." That was disappointing to hear. I'm sure someone will eventually purchase those dresses, but after the rudeness and lack of customer care we experienced from the management at Elly's, I won't be back.

Personally, I don't vape, but my husband does and we went in to buy some juice. We got the juice and EVEN MORE! The owner Pete knows his stuff and hands down, offers superb customer service. Working in the retail industry for a long time, I know when I'm given great customer service and this man was it. So big high five on that aspect. The environment is dope! Since we came in a bit after 8pm, I felt I was coming into a night club with the EDM music and lights, except the music was at a comfortable volume which was great! There are even pool tables and TVs playing music videos. And as I mentioned earlier, the customer service really topped off our experience, to the point that I'm here writing this YELP review. This was my husband's second time in this shop, and it was my first, but we know this shop existed because when we drive by, we notice the GTR parked outside. Pete even shared his philosophy with that and his humbling persona was greatly appreciated. Overall, this shop was AWESOME!! I purchased 2 Arturo Fuente cigars from their "humidor". While paying at the register I unwrapped…read moreone. It was dry. It crunched when rolled between my fingers. Pieces flaked off when I touched the open end. All this was done in presence of the employee. I told him I didn't want them because they were dry and would not smoke well. He said they came that way and it was normal. I tried explaining why it wasn't normal and requested a refund as he had just run my card. He said because I unwrapped one he would only refund me for the unopened one. He wanted to argue and tell me there was nothing wrong with them and no body else complained. I decided it wasn't worth arguing with an ignorant person as him; obviously not knowing anything about cigars. If you don't mind dry cigars and poor customer service, this place is for you. I couldn't even smoke the cigar I paid for as it was so dry, too dry to recover in my humidor. This place is only interested in vapors.
