With all the vape stores here I tend to stop in any random store ... Not anymore!! Today I gathered up all my nonworking vapes (I tend to just buy a new one when issues arise) and stopped in to see if they could help me revive any of them. Chad was GREAT and got 4 out of 5 working, the 5th was just a very cheap almost disposable one. He spent over an hour with me, I was so thrilled! When I vented that I get frustrated in replacing coils due to my age he told me just stop by here every couple weeks as needed and he'll replace them for me. Really nice to have a place to go that really knows the products and will help replace parts as needed and not trying to sell you another device. This will definitely be my ONLY go to from now on. THANK YOU Chad!

They held onto the product until i paid and when i looked at it, it was a disposable, so i asked to get a cart instead. The cashier then got an attitude and told me, "oh no we ain't doin this today" telling me they do not give refunds and only exchange even though they gave me a product i did not ask for. New ownership took over, tariffs kicked in, and the prices are absolutely outrageous. Not only that, but poor selection also compared to previously. The lady at the front explained the previous owners made no money, and the new ones raised the prices. That it's not even necessarily due to the tariffs, but the owners. Besides that, she's been rude, with a smug attitude every time I've went there. I never give negative reviews like this, unless it's necessary. With that being said, we will 1000% not be going back there again, and it's super unfortunate... :(
