Chad was GREAT and got 4 out of 5 working, the 5th was just a very cheap almost disposable one. He spent over an hour with me, I was so thrilled! When I vented that I get frustrated in replacing coils due to my age he told me just stop by here every couple weeks as needed and he'll replace them for me. Really nice to have a place to go that really knows the products and will help replace parts as needed and not trying to sell you another device. This will definitely be my ONLY go to from now on.
