The staff at Dragon's Breath have always been super nice and personable when we've been in. They've always been pretty knowledgeable and will admit if they aren't 100% certain on something (like when we asked a question about a product one of the guys said it's either like this or the other way around, which is fine because we bought both products we were shown lol). We have never had a bad experience here, and the old reviews here are no longer valid (in my eyes at least)

They are very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful! My husband purchased a really nice mod and they had a great deal for first-time customers, plus a military discount! You can try any of the flavors there at their juice bar. We purchased Cinnamon Roll, Teddy Grahams, and Johnny Chimpo - all were 6mg of nicotine. Although not as extensive as other shops on the west coast, there are still a lot more flavors to choose from! Bonus: they have a drill press in the back and you're welcome to work on your mod there. Excellent! If you are new to vaping, head here! They will treat you with respect and make you feel comfortable!

New ownership took over, tariffs kicked in, and the prices are absolutely outrageous. Not only that, but poor selection also compared to previously. The lady at the front explained the previous owners made no money, and the new ones raised the prices. That it's not even necessarily due to the tariffs, but the owners. Besides that, she's been rude, with a smug attitude every time I've went there. I never give negative reviews like this, unless it's necessary. With that being said, we will 1000% not be going back there again, and it's super unfortunate... :(

It gets busiest on the weekends and there are tournaments that often occur here. Overall, the employees and the community here have always been incredibly nice and welcoming here. As a woman sometimes the hobby of TCG can be a little daunting because it is male-dominated.
