With all the vape stores here I tend to stop in any random store ... Not anymore!! Today I gathered up all my nonworking vapes (I tend to just buy a new one when issues arise) and stopped in to see if they could help me revive any of them. Chad was GREAT and got 4 out of 5 working, the 5th was just a very cheap almost disposable one. He spent over an hour with me, I was so thrilled! When I vented that I get frustrated in replacing coils due to my age he told me just stop by here every couple weeks as needed and he'll replace them for me. Really nice to have a place to go that really knows the products and will help replace parts as needed and not trying to sell you another device. This will definitely be my ONLY go to from now on. THANK YOU Chad!

The cashier then got an attitude and told me, "oh no we ain't doin this today" telling me they do not give refunds and only exchange even though they gave me a product i did not ask for. I asked for disposable back and left as the cashier was becoming hostile towards me.
