The staff ranged from curt to apathetic. I didn't really feel very welcome. The same was true when I called and spoke to someone on the phone. She just didn't sound like she enjoyed her job or wanted to help potential patients. The appointment reminders and paperwork ask you to come to your appointment 30 minutes early. When you get there they give you a handful of papers to sign, but even if you fill them out slowly it would take you maybe 10 minutes to do so. This gives you 20 minutes to sit in the waiting room. I get that they probably do this so that their doctors don't get behind, but then it really does make your wait extra long as a patient. Just not the best experience. My doctor's staff was slow in calling in my prescription at the pharmacy.
