From the time you make your appointment until the time you walk out the studio door after your appointment is complete, the level of service-mindedness, attentiveness, and overall care is top notch. The staff are ALL amazing (special shoutouts to Jack, who helped me pick out all my jewelry before my appointment began, and Lynda, who chatted with me about jewelry before my appointment and also helped me at the desk after the completion of my piercings). Due to a scheduling conflict with the piercer I previously selected on a whim, I ended up working with Nick (the owner) on my piercings themselves, and he just made me feel so cared for throughout my entire experience, kept me incredibly well informed throughout the process and in discussions about aftercare, and was just so lovely and relatable and delightful to talk to. I told him that the vibe in his shop was just *amazing* and I 100% meant it... and clearly, I'm not the only one. There's even a sparkly little sticker on the checkout table that says "the vibes are immaculate". They really are! I'm so in love with my new piercings (2 helix & 1 forward helix) and plan to return to Dorje in about 3 months to get the posts adjusted. I won't be surprised if I end up purchasing a new jewelry piece or two at the time of that next visit either... their jewelry selection is stunning.
