Today I received a valuable collector item delivered by UPS. The outside of the box was intentionally punctured several times (pictures attached). I am being targeted by Marsha the manager at WV UPS, and the driver because of a recent complaint I posted through the BBB a month ago. It is not possible that these types of violent puncture holes randomly happened in transit. Transit damage is usually the box is crushed or corners creased, but this was someone intentionally stabbing the box several times in a violent manner. As shown in the pictures this is clearly several stab like punctures that were inflicted on the box 9 times. The punctures went through the shipping box and into my collectors box. This will hurt the future value as a collectible. How else could such deep punctures happen if not intentionally? I am very, very concerned by the targeting and outright disregard that is being shown by UPS. Marsha of West Virginia UPS mocked me and hung up on me twice in my previous dealings. She made a joke of the whole incident. The last incident a pair of shoes was missing, and the blame was put on the Shoe company. But this time? The manufacturing company did not stab this box 9 times before shipping it. There is no excuses this time and it is obvious that the driver is retaliating against me and this has to be stopped. This is the 2nd incident in a month and I am documenting this to protect myself against this outright assault and vandalism. My next steps are to contact my attorney and file a report with the local police for vandalism, targeting, and harassment. This is now is a Federal crime. I also attached the picture the UPS driver took of the delivery verification. It is quite odd he only took a blurry picture of the steps to my house. Why do this? It is because he intentionally damaged the box and did not want to show this in the picture. read more

Sent a computer to my son in San Jose. Looks like they dropped the box off the truck. It's has been a month and still settlement or repair. Can't say much for UPS but the owner of this store is fantastic. Once she got involved she resolved all the problems thanks a million read more

I have been using the store for shipping and receiving for 2 years now and have never had an issue. For shipping I use them for my Ebay/Facebook marketplace shipping and have always received high marks for the packaging. Every item I have ever shipped using them has arrived in the condition it was sent. For receiving, I became tired of losing packages to porch pirates or the companies delivering it to the wrong home. Since using the UPS store I get messages when something is ready for pickup and I don't have to worry about porch pirates. I could not be happier with their service. read more

Bear was such a great help the other day. Everyone else who works there. With everything going on. It can get busy. They are always kind, friendly and willing to help. Bear helped me out big time with my 3 large packages. Which 2 were super heavy. He made the process painless. I've been in the store at least 5 times in the last 2 months. Had a package sent directly to this location to pick it up as they couldn't ship to my home address. Was informed after driving to the store, that I would be charged an extra fee for simply having it delivered to a store front. Paid it so I could leave, but asked the manager to call me to waive and refund it. Policy is not listed on their website and they are actually a franchise. Manager was flippant and rude to me on the phone. Will not use this location again. Suggest you don't either. read more

Horrible, horrible mail forwarding. They let checks pile up until they are expired, then forward junk mail on time. Completely incompetent. They cannot even offer an excuse for why they keep making mistakes. Have stopped using their service. read more
