This is the rudest, most unfriendly and least helpful UPS store in the system. They would NOT help investigate a lost package - blaming ME for the package being lost!! They claim that because it was a 'drop-off' to ship and not a 'Shipped' package, it was NOT their fault! I hope this store closes down soon. General public...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I like to support local businesses; but I will drive 10 miles to Oak Ridge store to do any future business. read more

Today I went to return at item at the UPS Store in West Milford. Oops. Should've stuck to Middletown, NY. I just happened to be in the area. The attendant extremely rude. He never informed me he would be charging for a bag, and instead bagged the item without first asking if I would be willing to pay $5 for it. When he tried to charge me the $5, I questioned it. If he had told me about the fee, I never would've printed the label. I would've bagged it myself and printed the label at home. Instead, the employee ripped the bag open in front of me, wasting the bag entirely and shoved the item back at me. I found this rude, and I left without paying for the $2 printing fee for the label charge (one piece of paper, minimal ink, $2... go figure). If he is willing to destroy a $5 bag, then he certainly wouldn't mind destroying a sheet of paper with some ink. I will never visit that location again. Middletown, NY will do just fine. read more

I 've gone to this store many times to drop off my returns for amazon. except for a misunderstanding on my part one time. I've never had any problems. sometimes when you go later in the day, you might have to wait a bit when it's busy. but otherwise very happy with the place. read more

Ellen and Debbie are wonderful and always helpful. Services always quick and affordable. You can tell they really care about what they do. From business cards to invoices, copies, faxing, poster prints and mailing supplies they do everything (except my math homework lol i even tryed.) Had a great experience at the West Milford UPS store. I've used the store in the past, always had quick and reliable service, but today's help from Marshal went above and beyond. I had a laundry list of things needing to get done, and Marshal helped me wade through it all with a positive attitude and stayed 15 minutes past closing to ensure my stuff got done. 5 star customer service at this UPS store! read more
