I really think that the public shoudl be aware of the deceptive practices that FEDEX office uses at this location. A small amount of effort was needed to do the right thing, and the people at this location lack the desire and pride of being gainfully employed and truly provide customer service. They do have a notary which comes in handy. Since the location is convenient, I drop off U.S. mail off. Shipping is expensive here, but regular dropping off of letters for U.S. Postal is fine. They sell stamps which comes in handy, too.
