This is my go-to UPS store. Its conveniently located in the Mitchell Ranch Plaza, near shopping and restaurants in case you are in the area for another errand. I wish they were open a tad earlier so I could pop in before work, but they are open late, so it is still convenient. The employees here are super friendly and willing to help. To follow is our response to the person who posted a reply on behalf of the UPS Store Little Rd where our phone disappeared. I wanted to give a fair and open response for all who have kindly interacted with my initial post: Some of what is recounted in the post is fairly benign and relatively accurate, apart from several blatantly incorrect statements that you make. The post states, "The staff member also asked if he wanted to put insurance on it or pack in a different box to avoid being detected or getting lost." This is patently untrue, no such statement was made to him. In addition, the outer box was in pristine condition and had no identifying marks (such as iPhone branding). We have had only one conversation over the phone with the owner/manager and it was at the end of this process. We left 3 separate messages at the store with our number and got no response or return call. It was at that time my husband went to the store. The female employee did help, and was responsive within what she was able to do- we have never said otherwise. She did bring my husband in the back of the store and gave us the high value sheet (which we agree that we received and have submitted to UPS as part of the loss/theft claim). She did say that they would have it on camera but it would "probably not be any help because a label was created at the store and the driver signed for the package but you wouldn't see the exact package he signed for." We agree that we were not satisfied, why would we be? Your store lost the phone, and we were told the only way we could possibly do was to submit a claim online to UPS. The store did not take any responsibility for losing the package at all, and until the post above where they state, " the package was lost somewhere in the warehouse" - should it really matter where it was Warning about shipping from the UPS store at 3152 Little Road in Trinity! Your high value packages are not safe! We have used this store very regularly (2-3 x's per week) for several years, and will no longer be using them as we believe that a theft of our package has occurred and the store is doing nothing to resolve it. On October 17th, we shipped a package to our daughter at college. We insured it and the cashier asked what it was..we told him it was a phone and paid extra to do so. We were guaranteed that the phone would arrive to her in 2 days, which was very important as she has a medical condition which she needs apps on her phone to monitor. We began to monitor the tracking number and it continued to not show as shipped. After 2 days, we began to check and ask the store, but it became very apparent that the package was not going to arrive to its destination and nobody knew where it was. We called several times and the phone was not answered, and finally had to go in person. When we inquired at the store, they claimed that they gave it to the driver" because it was a larger ticket item (they called it a "high value item") , but UPS tracking never shows it being scanned into the system. When we called UPS, they claim that they never received it from the shipper. Interestingly, when we visited the store, one of the workers said that "this is the third phone that has disappeared like this" in recent months, and it has always been an order handled by a specific worker. We believe that the phone was stolen either from within the UPS store at 3152 Little Road in Trinity or in cooperation with a UPS employee who drives the trucks. To date, the manager has not been helpful or responsive with our concerns. We are incredibly frustrated and upset. We are working class people, and the phone is very expensive and our daughter needs it. But then, to have the UPS franchise and UPS handle this with such little lack of interest or care, and not to take responsibility at all is disgusting. We have been referred to the Claim Department but there is basically no way to call in and speak to anyone and is done totally online. The store doesn't take responsibility nor does UPS it seems. The owner of the store, Parth, is also the manager and has not done anything to support this being resolved. We call on the published number and get no answer. Since the value of the item was over $1200, we spoke to the Pasco Sheriff and it is considered a felony. However, it does not get handled by the SO but is handled only as a civil matter. Please feel free to reach out in our DM's if you have had a similar and documented issue with this particular store, as we are preparing to pursue this through a civil suit if needed. We have also reached out to local news and would like to share especially if others have had a similar issue with this UPS location. At minimum, we wanted to share our experience and caution anyone to not ship from this UPS Store at 3152 Little Road in Trinity as your package is not safe. At minimum, it was "lost" and they are not doing anything to rectify the situation- at worst, they are stealing packages of high value items. read more

Customer service is always best at this UPS! I will go out of my way to go to this store.

First, the guy tried to charge me for shipping on a prepaid label. After calling the company I had to go back in. But going to a UPS store and then trying to charge me 2.50 to print off a UPS label is pretty petty and infuriating. Avoid them. read more

The store is consistently opening late and this morning it didn't open till 845 and it's supposed to been open at 8:30. The guy that appears to be from India was very very rude and I knocked on the door because I could see him walking around in there, and I couldn't figure out why he didn't open the door. From the look of his face, he acted like he didn't wanna be there . When he finally opened the door He threatened me that he was going to ban me from there if I knocked on the door again and went on and on, and on in front of customers, I have never been so humiliated in my life. When I asked him why he didn't open at 8:30 he said well we were in here late and he was so hateful. It was unreal. And again, he started repeating himself. Does not open or close on time. I had faced a locked door within posted hours way too many times. Unreliable business.

Do not go here. They did not check in my package and it got lost. Also they do not open on time. Website says 8:30 and it's almost 9 and nobody is around. New ownership is terrible! read more

I would give them lower than a one star if I could. They do not train their employees and then when mistakes happen the owner simple says too bad and your stuck with the bill! The absolute worse customer service I have seen in years! read more

I would like to thank a young man by the name of Chris Ammerman for his outstanding support and patience. I am the Nurse for Val we ordered a package from Amazon in which we no longer needed. It was a oversized box. We was having so much difficulty trying to send it back .We contact UPS here in Trinity. Chris helped me from the beginning to the end with this very difficult and frustrating situation. After numerous calls between us he came here to my house and picked up the package and transported it back to UPS. (In his own personal car ) I am so very grateful for his help . How I wish I had read the reviews of this establishment before entrusting them with irreplaceable family items for shipment. Our shipment was complex and going to five different locations (cleaning out parent's home). To ensure that all went well, we put the items in boxes, labeled them carefully, and ensured the staff knew we had not PACKED the boxes -- only organized them by address to facilitate shipping. The staff didn't pack the boxes -- they put our boxes inside their boxes and sent them off without the packing necessary to protect the items inside. Unsurprisingly, when they arrived, family heirlooms were damaged beyond repair. The incompetence of the staff in this store was breathtaking. When I called to report what happened and begin a claim, the owner responded in a way that made me think this wasn't the first time she'd received a complaint. I'll follow Jesse G.'s approach and report them to UPS. read more

Take my advice and go to any other UPS store you can . I walked into this UPS store to make some returns to Amazon which were prepaid and during my wait overhead the owner Karen, interestingly enough her name is Karen, berating a little old lady about not printing her labels at home. she was not kind she was not courteous she was extremely aggressive and when I got up to the same register she was extremely aggressive with me before I even said anything this woman needs way better customer service training if she's going to own a business. read more

I did not have a good experience here. I'm not a review person but this place got me. I said hello to the clerk and asked how their day was - the response I got was cold. A negative "are you shipping or returning?" No, hey, hi, how are you? Just an immediate attitude. I get that everyone is overworked, everyone is stressed about whatever it is going on in their lives but man, it's okay to be kind. We started my Amazon return and in trying to make light conversation, I said that I would think Amazon brings in a lot of traffic to these stores - response was just a cold as the first. I was met with a "yeah, too much, they don't pay." It wasn't a joking or playful approach at all just cold and hard. I looked at other reviews about this store, it rings clear that the act isn't pulled together. My generation will certainly drive out of the way to go somewhere else where we can be met on a happier note. read more

I can't say enough about the service that I received from everyone that I dealt with at this store. Always very friendly and they went above and beyond when my fax wouldn't go through. After stopping at the store for 2 days running and not getting my fax to go through, they held onto my fax and tried it several more times over the next couple days. From the time I sent my first fax to the time of trying to send out this second one they had changed phone numbers and the employees at the UPS store discovered that for me. The new management is KILLING me!!! Their new rules and staff are brutal. Expect to wait about 30 min . You cannot use corporate acct numbers either. I've gone daily for 11 years and I'm done. I just walked out with my packages. Can't do it. So very sad. I hate even giving 1 star read more
