Over the past few months customer service here has drastically improved. They seem to have hired more staff and on average have two or more people helping customers where it used to be only one at times. The newer staff is also very friendly. On the weekdays, they've consistently been open at 8AM on the dot which didn't use to be the case. I now consider this UPS location a lot more reliable than I did in the past. read more

He was excellent in communicating what to expect and a timeline. The package arrived in excellent condition and the wrapping was the best I have ever seen in packages delivered. My first time here and def won't be last. Recommendation for friends will definitely happen. I have never had such a pleasant experience anywhere as much as I had today. I had a few boxes to drop off and of course Amazon makes it more difficult lately and had to print some here to send it.Malcom Was very understanding helpful and outstanding with his service. He had so many customers but yet managed to make sure everyone was happy satisfied. He kept apologizing because it took some time but honestly his manners and customer service was so standing that waiting for a few minutes it wasn't a big deal. I STRONGLY advise against using THIS particular UPS store. I went to an APPOINTMENT to get fingerprints done. When I arrived (on time) the cashier looked at me and walked in the rear of the store and started a conversation with the owner. 10 minutes later another customer entered the store and was told by the Same cashier to come forward for help. That customer told the cashier that I was next. But it didn't matter, the cashier REFUSED to provide me service before the new arrival. When the cashier finished he finally called me forward and SNATCHED my Drivers license out of my hand! When I made the "owner" (a lady who claimed to own the store, who said her name was Helen Scott) aware of how the cashier treated me, she replied that she would handle it and that I shouldn't give my experience a review! I'm not sure if that was her real name because they were not wearing name tags. I informed them that I would IN FACT be writing a review to tell anyone that Customer Service there was awful! read more

Don't go to this store...girl with pink hair processed my order incorrectly whereas I needed to make an address change once received at warehouse. Due to how she processed my shipping the electronic billing did not reflect showing the shipping was paid for. Customer service tried their best to help with the error and correct the changes, but the store messed up how everything was processed. The employee had to call customer service and have my package returned to the store. When I walked into the store to question if my package returned they had it and never notified me as he mentioned he would. I asked to have the package reshipped and pay the difference of the cost to the correct address they stated I would need to pay full price again. No accountability has been taken on the store's end especially when this error occurred because of the way the shipping was processed. I was given the assistance to get help from customer service to change the address whereas my order would never have had to be returned, but the store restricted them from doing so. read more

I arrived with one simple task: print a document. The employee instructed me to use the computer and send it to the printer... after which, nothing happened. Tried another printer, also broken. I stood for a few minutes while a second employee tried to figure out why the printers weren't working. They asked if I was in a hurry and I explained that I was because I had to get to the clerk's office before work. This task shouldn't have taken more than 30 seconds especially since I was the only customer in the store. Until, that is... a new customer walked in. At that point, both employees started chatting up the customer and left me standing there by the still-broken printer. I quietly waited another minute or two, fully conscious that I was now being completely ignored and given subtle hints to leave since they couldn't help me (and my project would only give them a few bucks anyway so it wasn't worth their effort). So leave I did, explaining that I would try somewhere else. Employee's response? No apology, no suggestions, no help. Just "bye." UPS store, what crappy customer service. on 12/11/13 I requested my pkg be delivered overnight. I paid $33 for an envelope size pkg to be delivered from Tampa, FL to Broadway, NC. This fee was clearly an overnight shipping price. My pkg was not picked up until the next day and was not delivered for 2 additional days! The manager initially tried to blame USPS and would not accept responsibility for his clerk's error selling me a shipping method that was not guaranteed overnight. For two weeks he gave me the run around telling me he would talk to the owner and see about getting me a refund. I finally demanded a refund, at which point he was extremely rude and refused. Additionally, the store is crowded and dirty. The clerks and mangers are rude, uniformed and unprofessional. I will never do business with this store again! THIS STORE IS A SCAM!!!! My package was damaged in-transit even though it had fragile stickers all over it and wrapped in bubble wrap. I have sent multiple of same package through USPS and not one broke and I have shipped one time with UPS AND MY PACKAGE IS TOTALLY DAMAGED. I was told because UPS didn't package it for me for a huge fee that nothing will be done. Upon trying to get at least my shipping back I was told NO MANY TIMES and that my package was shipped back to this location and that I am being charged a FEE for leaving it there too long. So I have a broken package, nothing shipped anywhere and I am charged a fee for holding a broken package no asked to be shipped back. This place is the worst.
