I had several packages to ship , all going to different people, and Kim worked her magic and helped me out! As soon as I walked in the door she had a welcoming smile on her face. Not only was she patient with the 7 packages I needed to ship, but she was very friendly and helpful as well in letting me know the expected delivery dates and such. Thai place is ridiculous. 2-3 times I've taken Amazon returns in and had issues. Today was pitiful!! Customer service sucks!! I had boxes ready to go. Girl scanned it and as she picked up up she wasn't expecting the weight I guess so she grabbed one side and slide it off and the tape came partly loose when item shifted in box at bottom. She then puts it back and says it wasn't taped!! Bullcrap!! Then wants to charge me a $1 to tape it. I said actually they was just a stop off anyway and she says no it's not. Well I know it was because I did the return myself!! But I went ahead and put back In box and taped it up!! Either way she pulled it loose then had the nerve to want me to pay a $1 to put a pice of tape back on it. It's not the $1 it's the principle of it. So I ripped the label she had on and said you can shove it!' This store doesn't need to even be open with that kind of "service". If you're that damn broke to charge for a pice of tape then go bankrupt!! I could see if it was a whole unpacked or nothing was taped at all. But I'll be damned if I pay for you to fix what you pulled loose!! Had couple Similar issues before like that. But today was worst and I'll not sue that store ever. Amazon and ups will also be notified ! Don't even deserve 1 star but have to rate something. Replying to the BS form reply left by ups sprite. Same one as they left on other bad reviews. Lmao. What a JOKE!!! Not about cost of supplies or other BS. About trying to get extra money for a piece of damn tape. And even worse when YOUR employee is one who pulled it loose. This reply shows what a joke of a business you have!!! Just for everyone's info I took same box right to Waynesboro UPS store and had no issues AT ALL. Where customer service goes to die. Tried to process an Amazon return for a defective item. UPS store clerk tried to charge $1.00 for a single piece of tape to secure the top flap of a bag style mailer. No thanks!!! I'll go elsewhere. read more

I asked what time their last shipment went out and they told me to my face that it was 5 o'clock. I knocked myself out to get all my stuff ready and get back there before five and when I got there they told me that the last shipment had gone out several hours ago and that nothing I was sending would ship until Monday. My Christmas presents may or may not get there in time - I have no idea because I don't feel I can rely on anything they have told me. Lesson learned, I will never come back here again. read more

I've had a box at this location for a few years and it has been the best mailbox service I've worked with. The Saturday hours are especially convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is terrific -- easy in, easy out. They accept packages from UPS, FedEx, Post Office, and all others. I feel like my mail and packages are safe and secure here. On the negative side, the price of postage is high -- but you can always buy your postage at the post office. I would love to see delivery services added! All in all, a terrific team of people running a lean operation in a fantastic location. read more

Charged $75 for a 15 mile round-trip pick up and then $39.95 for a large box and packing materials; then charged more for shipping than the estimate on UPS.com. Would not recommend this option for shipping again. read more

I had a box at this location for about 6 months after relocating to the area and while I purchased a home. Once I had a permanent address, I no longer needed the box, but would go back to this location in an instant if I needed one. The staff were fabulous, personable, remembered me and were all around wonderful. read more

Though it is sometimes crowded and there is a wait to be served inside, their delivery services are excellent. The new online "Informed Delivery" is fabulous... I get an email each morning showing me a scanned picture of what to expect in my mailbox. The people are very helpful. read more

It has always been easy to ship packages to my box here and know they are waiting for me with no issues. Very rood, unprofessional they over charged and refused to ship my box unless I payed an wrapping fee 127.50. I ended up losing my package. DO NOT USE THIS STORE YOU WILL BE SORRY AND a POSSIBLE OVER CHARGED. I went to corp office after 1 week with no reply . Called back and they failed to do anything at all. read more
