Stores like this are why I am thankful for competition. Rude woman at front makes for a curt and tense few minutes, which I don't need or deserve. Don't bother complaining to the owner either - he's her husband. Go 5 minutes further down High Ridge to the UPS Store at Bull's Head (next to the Bull's Head Diner). There is always a line employees are rude so I just decided to try the UPS store in Stamford high ridge road location. IMPORTANT: make sure you have everything 100% ready!!! These guys are like postage Nazis. If you don't follow their rules, they won't ship it. Even if the other UPS down the street will, and it is how the receiver requests it or how you have been doing it; they will not do it. My fiancé and used this place a bunch of times before we were fed up with the lack of customer service and possible bullying. These guys are so arrogant and straight up A-holes. When you walk in the store you are not greeted or treated like a person. If a cow walked in their door they would treat it the same way. The old man here is the worst. What a gigantic POS. I came in to get documents notarized. He simply replied "no". When I asked why not he replied "I can't notarize this there's no signature". Not only did this old head not offer any help, he gave me a fake reason not to notarize with incorrect information. Turns out a simple hand written cover page would've done the trick, but these arrogant minimum wage earners got a golden spoon up an orifice. Let me tell you this store is horrible. I went to retire something and the guy said it was for wholefoods. Then he told my kids to stop spinning things and he said to stop it and I said their doing nothing. Then I said do you not like ke and he said no. Then he said I don't fucking care. Is it possible to give this place a zero star review? I went in with a prepaid package ran out of tape and need a piece of tape they refused to give me piece of tape. I wish i was making this up. I offered to buy them some tape and took my package elsewhere. All i needed was a piece to tape to secure a label my package which was already sealed. UPS in general sucks as a company they have damaged my packages in the past, lost packages, and now they have these UPS stores which are just as bad. Some UPS store will charge you $1 to drop a package off at the location. How is UPS still in business? Thank God for FedEx a real company. read more

My organization has used this UPS store for years. However, since Bob sold the store, it has been down hill. They don't care, make mistakes, are unorganized, and don't deliver on what they say they will do. I asked for some mail to be forwarded to me. That was days ago before Christmas. I called two days after Christmas because I didn't receive the mail. I was told that they did not send it and that the manager wanted to speak to me. So why did it take so long and way did I have to initiate the follow up. Now I have to spend an hour to drive there to get the much needed mail. I would never use this ups location if I had a choice. The store near my home is much more efficient! and they charge less on a not of things!! Don't use this store! or do so at your own risk! read more

Could not be more unhappy with the service. The owner promised he would get me a quote, as something needed to be shipped or I would have to drive 50 miles to pick up the christmas gift. He assured me he would price out the quote that evening via email. Never replied so I called and confronted him. He admitted to lying to me and told me it wasn't his problem.
