The UPS store makes for returning Amazon products simple. Just capture a snapshot of the QR symbol that Amazon sends you when filling out the on line return form, and let the UPS store scan it to produce a shipping label. read more

We needed to return something to Amazon and they accepted the package and processed it very professionally. Good service.

I needed to print a large poster on short notice. The two guys working at the 6800 Gulfport Blvd location on Saturday were very accommodating and allowed me to complete the printing project in ~ 20 minutes. The price was also lower than another service that I usually use. Overall very satisfied! read more

Came here for an Amazon return. Guys at the counter weren't too friendly as I was watching their interaction. Same with me. Not even a hello. read more

The guys at this store always so kind and considerate. If you have a big package, they will come out and get it for you which is super helpful when you have a tiny human. They always have a smile on their face and make jokes while you're checking out. This is the only UPS store I will come to! read more

Been using them for a year now. Always helpful, always friendly, solid shipping both incoming and outgoing. Exactly what I need when I need it. My suggestion - read those old reviews from people with an axe to grind and then see the hundreds, thousands, who have a good experience and don't think to write a review. read more

The prices are insane and they are selling Trump swag. Never coming back. The guys who work here are sweet. But that does not make up for the "LetsGo Brandon" crap they are selling. read more

I MISS Alan and his crew at the UPS store in South Pasadena. I'd been using their services for 7 years and hated to leave, but moved out of state. It always blows my mind when I read all the negative stuff people write. In all the years I'd been using Alan's services, all those young people he's hired throughout the years are the MOST POLITE young men and women you would ever encounter. Truly. Alan, if you are reading this your system sent out my annual "reminder" that it was time to come in and make another year's payment, lol. Hope you are all doing well. Vivienne M. Pina read more

So right at the start of all of that epic rain, I needed to send a giant box to someone. I had a label, the box was good to go, and then after finding a spot in a partially flooded parking lot, finagling the door with an un-free hand and a foot, I get it up on the counter. There's no one in the store. The one employee was sitting on the floor behind the counter packing someone's box and it took her a minute to even acknowledge I was there. I just needed her to scan it in so I could leave. Once she got off the floor to do so, I watched a couple people trying to collect a door and get it into the van they rented. The employee there didn't help them at all, which I know she doesn't have to, but it would be a nice thing to do. Apathy. Apathy is all I felt. read more

The best UPS in St Pete! I've been greeted with nothing but kindness and humor every time I come here, and I appreciate everyone that works at this location. Literally everything I need help with, from printing services to Amazon returns, they are friendly, quick, and thorough. Thanks guys! read more

Since when do you need to give your phone number and personal information to mail a package USPS? You don't, legally... But this place wants to know all about you. I understand UPS is different, but any USPS transaction does not need your personal information logged into a computer. Had I known this invasion of privacy was not optional, I would have simply gone to the real post office and not been grilled for my phone number, name, home address (my address... Not the one on the package??) And more, then to be treated rudely for not complying. read more

The gentleman that Waited on me was really wonderful he didn't miss a beat took the box I was returning to Amazon fixed it up give me a ticket and I was out the door in two minutes he was absolutely wonderful. No waiting no muss no fuss and he got the job done I just love that place read more

Bad customer service. I use UPS to mail most of my packages. Thinking that all UPS Stores had GREAT customer service, I was wrong. I came in with about 6 packages stacked on top of each other. As I struggle to open the door, the two (assuming) owners watched me as I carried in the packages. One owner was ringing up a customer, the other was twiddling his thumbs near the front door. I was not greeted or offered help with my packages. Finally after standing with packages, I have to announce myself to the owner who is five feet away from me that I would like service. There is no reason for me to ever come back here. I will go two miles down the street to the other UPS store to be helped and spend my money there. read more

This Ups store kept a package I dropped off for a week...then called me to tell me they do not to "return to sender" Their store clerk explained he had to do some research to find my number to contact me?? despite all the tracking labels on the package from it being shipped to me As if they were doing me a favor?? after a 15 min call with ups they are picking it up from my door step tomorrow. Unnecessary waist of time and this location was totally unapologetic. read more

Had to return 2 textbook rentals to Amazon via UPS. Came in with the printed shipping and packing labels, none of which were cut out, and had no boxes or envelopes to mail the books in. Got immediate help choosing the least expensive envelopes, and the gentleman behind the counter even compensated for my laziness by packaging the books with the appropriate packing labels, and applying the shipping labels to the outside of the envelopes. Before I knew what was happening, I was being handed a tracking receipt for both books and told, "have a nice day!" I took a few seconds to catch up mentally, and realized they did everything for me that I was expecting to do myself. Way above and beyond customer service! These guys are awesome! read more

Moving from WA State to Florida, called the store and setting up an address/box has been handled by Eric and Brian over email, phone and fax--an incredibly simple process. Called, forms sent same day, and done from there. Thanks for the help! Looking forward to working with them going forward. read more

Brian, Eric, and Hunter make this UPS Store the best! They are always cheerful and professional, even helping me to the car with boxes! I have rented a mail box there for 10 years, and never had a problem. They are knowledgeable of UPS procedures, are equipped to ship almost any package to anywhere on Earth, offer even giant-size printing, and have a computer terminal onsite for customers to use. Five-Stars for this UPS Store! read more
