No wonder there was only 1 other customer in the store! Definitely won't be in a hurry to go back in there. UPS Store right across the road made my copies and I was on my way home in less than 5 minutes, including the time it took me to drive over there from Staples. RIDICULOUS- poor customer to say the least! Wouldn't have given 1 star if it would have let me.

Store hours on Saturday are listed on door to open at 9am. Stood outside door until 9:07am when…read moreone employee open front door and said the store could not be opened until employees came to work. Said employees were calling in and that calls were made for other employees to cover the store. This wasted our time waiting for the store to open and then having to come back to find the one item we were looking for to be priced 15% higher than buying it online at Staples. Not sure if this is the case with all items, but I will not shop at the store again realizing this.

I came here because my school decided to be closed on a random Friday. I needed to print some notes…read moreto study off from. So I decided to call up this business to see if they can print my notes for me. I was able to email them the documents I needed printed. I was told they were able to have it ready by the time I got to their office! So I did just that! Although they didn't have them ready by the time I got there, it's not a big deal! I just waited (understandably the printer would jam, or the format wasn't correct). They had all my pages printed for me :) i think it's a little expensive (10 cents a page?) for a black and white print. But I figured it was worth me being able to study haha Anyways, really kind staff :) support the small businesses!

Never did see it but at 7:00 neighbor knocked at my door with package in her hand. Driver left outside of secured door where anyone could have picked up. He never rang my busser to let him in and did not leave by my door. I canceled doing anything else waiting for him. I called the office and they said it would be here by closing, 7:00. My son's fiancee received a package. I grabbed it and noticed a very large hole and two smaller…read moreones. You could clearly see what was inside. Any time I have something delivered from FedEx, it's always damaged. Boxes are crushed, and others have holes. Whenever I order something that has to be delivered by FedEx, I usually try to get something delivered from ups. ​I'm just very disappointed with FedEx. I can't get pictures downloaded. I'll try again.
