If only I could give this store a negative rating. Two weeks ago I went there to have one copy printed from my flash drive and the man working was more than happy to help me at the self help printer which is equipped with a USB port. Total cost was around 35 cents. Unfortunately, I went there today to run off 3 copies and was told in no uncertain terms by the lady that I WAS NOT ALLOWED to insert my flash drive and that she would have to do so at a cost of $3.50 print service fee plus the copy .50 cent charge. WTF is going on at that place so customer beware!!! Therefore I do not recommend this location. Use either the public library or the FedEx on Hwy 98. read more

This team ROCKS! I work for a small business nearby which keeps me in close contact with the UPS store for weekly ship outs of goodies in glass containers-they take great care in packaging things, of course, but the service really shines. PJ saved me today with creative solutions, wrapped in kindness - these things matter in our lil beach town! Tony is so kind to accommodate our requests, Ian is a brilliant steady presence. Came there to return unopened boxes from Amazon. Had three boxes I brought in under the same order. Printer was broke so I showed the young gentleman my bar code to scan from my phone and he told me they don't do that they need 3 different labels and that to print them it was $3 each! After being on the phone with Amazon, which one label for all three was what they told me. He was unwilling to help me out! Only reason I gave a 1 star is because I had the sweetest lady come from behind the counter and helped me with my boxes! She was a gem for helping me... Needless to say this is the 2nd bad experience with them. They seem unwilling to help! I never have this problem at grand Blvd. Take the time to drive down to grand Blvd! read more

I had the same issue today as the other posters. Walked in and not one employee had on a mask. They kinda snickered and brushed me off when I asked if anyone with a mask in could help me. One person told me to wait while he found his mask. I didn't. I've been using this store for all my shipping since the day they opened, and I am so sad that the new owner seems not to really care about the health and safety of his staff and customers. My family and I have been using this UPS Store for years and since Ian has been working there he has gone above and beyond for me and my family every time we come in. I am always greeted when I walk through the door with my mail in his hand before I can even walk up to the counter! He pays attention to detail with everything he does. He is always very professional and knowledgeable of the business. He makes the whole experience from sending packages out to making prints super quick and easy and always has a great attitude while doing so. I have been a customer at this store for 16 years, as a box holder and more. The original owners, Lynn and Randy Pike, are lovely people who understood customer service. Going there was a pleasure. I wish I could say the same about the new owner. On more than one occasion, he has shown he doesn't understand customer relations or seem to care about keeping clients. Yesterday was one example. After renting a box there for 16 years, we recently gave it up to use our street address for mail. Not knowing about the change, a friend sent a holiday package to the UPS store. The store owner wanted to charge $10 to hand it to me. I was stunned. Perhaps UPS offers a course in customer relations. I have had occasion to use UPS in other cities. (The watercolor staff is lovely.) I do miss Lynn and Randy. I hope they're enjoying their retirement. There are UPS stores on Highway 98, not far away read more

I'm disappointed that this location doesn't require wearing masks or social distancing. When I went to return my Amazon merchandise, I put the products on the counter(?2 mugs) and told them that Amazon directions said that they would package the products for return. The guy replied, who said that?, well Amazon lies. I showed him the return image for scanning and he acted like he didn't think it was real. Too bad their clerk is so negative. read more

I had the same problem as another person on here. No social distancing, no masks. I too had an Amazon return and didn't require a box. The young guy there became very combative. Everyone was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I will drive to Inlet Beach next time I need to go to UPS. Worst experience. read more

When we went in there were no customers in the store. One girl was on the phone with a customer and one was on the computer. The woman on the computer told us someone would be with us shortly but continued to do her computer work. We stood there and waited to buy one stamp to mail a letter. Then the phone rang and the woman who was on the computer got up to answer it and help that customer on the phone. Really? Too busy to help us but not to answer the phone. read more
