Their notary person , I believe his name is Jedidiah , caught all the other notary places to sign. I called to try to resolve this, my wife was very upset and confused , they made her to feel she was lying or trying to cheat, I spoke to the store manager , Zack , and he was unable to help me so I requested the Store owner call me and he said the store owner never really comes to that store. I'm beginning to think that might be the problem, maybe that store runs on its own without owner supervision. I called the business to have the mistake corrected, but instead of receiving helpful customer service, I was met with an unprofessional attitude and reluctance to resolve the issue. As a paying customer, I expected the error to be corrected courteously. The condition of the business also left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, there was no friendly greeting or welcoming atmosphere. The year 2021 was difficult for many employers being able to find employees willing to work and often were not properly trained as a result.
