They said the internet was down. They could have told me on the phone. They didn't want to pack up my items even though they said on the phone that they would. They said the owner would get angry with them if I left the items there until they got the internet up. I drove 35 miles to get there. Two lazy women who make up their own rules. Service is bad, bad, bad.

Great one-stop-shop for office logistics like printing and shipping…read more I used their printing services just today. They were fast and high quality. They made a mistake but corrected it ASAP at no charge. (Big print jobs will have defects no matter where you go - the fact that they fixed it quickly is what counts). If you are ordering printing service, it would be a good idea to call them to confirm your order from the website. There seems to be some difficulty with how that information is transmitted from the UPS main site to the store. But the people at this store are great and will accommodate you. I also like that there's a little Kansas Sampler-type store in this same location. That is a neat idea for when you want to look around as you're waiting for other services.

UPS has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They do the best they can…read moreto prevent you from getting a person on the phone. I shipped 37 boxes with them in September. one was lost. one was missing a really nice tool box, that rest looked like someone had dropped them from a 10 story building onto a cement sidewalk. They want you to go through the process of filing complaints, which I did and I got back inane questions from a bot. It took a long time before I finally got someone to email me - not call me --- email me. I told him my frustrations and he apologized and pushed my payments through and tracked them. Now I am trying to pay my bill and they want to charge me a $50 handling fee to put it on my credit card. I have been trying to get a person on the phone who could approve that but they just keep transferring me to different departments. I will never, ever use UPS again.... and this is not even counting all of the hidden costs that I was charged.... they are the worst. Don't use them.

I leave town sometimes early and when I see the mail carrier come down my block, I used to approach them and get my mail. Now Iam told that if they are having a bad day, they can't do it and also that another told me against policies. So, I must wait an additional 30 + minutes to leave town before they arrive. Most carriers just need an id for proof of who they are and address and they will release with a signature...Not USPS! Called today at 9AM and the phone wrong rang for 4 min and no pickup, then went to a busy circuit sound. Now thats customer service, no wonder they are doing down the tubes!!!

I was supposed to have a very important package delivered today, and in order to make sure that it came on time, I called FedEx 2 days ago to ensure that my delivery instructions specified that my address is in fact correct, and yet, it was STILL not delivered today; marked instead as "Incorrect Address". Now I have to wait until after the weekend for my package, which is past the time when I needed it. Who knows if they'll even deliver it, or if it will be marked incorrectly again. Fucking ridiculous.
