Nobody in this company bothered to question why they were printing invitations for an event that happened last year! When we brought this to their representatives attention she blamed us! I hate to say it...yes I didn't think to check the year. I figured that would be the part that was correct. Never use this company! You would be better off with Copy Max or Vista Print.

I would like to tell you what a wonderful staff you had on that evening. I needed some rubber finger tips and decided to go into your store. We had just left the Chili's restaurant and the girl told us there was a Tornado warning. When we got inside Susan the cashier advised us that a tornado was heading our way and was only 15 miles away. She invited us to stay in the store until it passed. My husband and I have never experienced a Tornado ever in our life and this was a very scary ordeal for us. We were staying at Motel 6 and it was a few miles away so we decided to stay. Your staff, Susan, Ericka, Jarrod, John and I think his name is Bao all made us feel very welcome. We sat in the back lunch room and listened to the radio and monitored the tornado on the internet. I have never had an issue with fedex until I moved out to the country, every time a package gets…read moreshipped to me and I see fedex is delivering it I cringe! almost every time I am expecting a package I get an update saying that the package was refused by the receipt because they did not order it, which is not the case as I never get a knock on my door or talk to anyone from fedex when they supposedly attempted to deliver my package! now have to wait and hope they don't send my package back to the company, after contacting customer support they said they put in a ticket about it and just to wait for someone to contact me.

I work from the front room for the day, but stay there after to wait at my desk, about 8 feet from the front door. 6:27pm - "An attempt was made at a delivery, but no one was available for signature." 6:43 - I notice this update on the tracker, because I need this package. I didn't get knock at my front door. I have a husky. If someone knocked at my door, I'd know, even if I wasn't in the front room myself. I suspect, they stopped at my enclosed porch, disregarding the delivery instructions that I took the time to put for my packages. Who knows, maybe they just glanced at my house as they drove by to gas up the truck before heading home for the day.
