Now I have 2 heat sensitive items not only in a truck all day but going through the hottest day in Arkansas summer, terrible service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they even informed me they would reattempt the delivery to which I was waiting at home for and then 5 minutes off the phone with them they changed that to the next day again personally sounds like laziness and lack of customer care.

Every single time, my packages have arrived on the day they were expected or even earlier. My most recent experience came recently. I needed to mail some items that wouldn't fit in my suitcase back to my apartment in a different state. The worker who worked with me found the perfect-sized box for my items and packaged it well. He told me it would get there in four business days and he was right. The box came to my apartment in perfect condition and on time. The reason that I am giving it four stars rather than five stars is that sometimes they can be slow. This can cause the wait time to be a while even if there is one person in front of you in line. There usually is only one worker, so if you're in a rush, I would not come to this FedEx specifically. But I'd recommend it otherwise.
