I used the online form available on Aladdin's website to download a copy of the invitation. I showed up at the store to complete the order and select the paper to print it on. They had already run a test copy and showed it to me - we made a couple of revisions and I came back the next day to pick up my order. Everything was done perfectly and professionally. And the price was so much better than if I'd had to order a large package elsewhere. This is for a small backyard wedding - and I only needed eight invitations. They had no problem accommodating my small order. I would gladly use their service again!

Like most consumers I have of course seen Estes Express trucks on the road, but what I didnt know…read moreis that they also delivery comsumer products as well such as my new 75" TV. I had only seen their big 18 wheelers on the interstate and I had noticed how professional the trucks look and how courteous their drivers were. I recently ordered a large 75" LED TV and it was shipped to me via Estes Express and had my first direct experience with Estes. Even though the original order was placed on the evening of July 3rd, the TV arrived a few days later on July 8th which included a weekend and a holiday. Throughout the whole weekend I received emails from Estes letting me know when it left one terminal and arrived at another one. Then today (delivery day) I received a call first thing from Estes letting me know the delivery was coming soon. We discussed my difficult and very steep driveway and the friendly driver advised his truck (26' box) would be fine. Once he arrived he backed up my difficult driveway like a boss and promptly unloaded the beautiful new LG TV that was strapped to a large pallet. Everything was in perfect condition. In fact it looked as if it had never been touched, not even a scuff on the outer box. I cant believe they hauled this thing almost 1000 miles. Overall I am VERY impressed with the whole Chattanooga, TN Estes terminal. The way they handled the cargo, the friendly driver that navigated my tough driveway everything about the whole process from Estes was amazing. The manager and trainer there must be first class to run an operation like this. If I ever need to ship again Ill be looking for Estes !!

They have paperwork and I have a pdf file copy that says they have the pool and shipped it to Indianapolis but can't find the pool. This was 8 days ago. All I get to talk to is answering service. When I got frustrated and asked to talk to a supervisor I was given a number to call. When you call the number, it rings and then hangs up. What is happening to this world? EVERYTHING has to be e-mailed...can't seem to talk to anyone in charge.GRRRRRRR! Yesterday I received a automated call from 1-877-714-7504 saying that they would make my delivery today between 9 and 1....after one I started calling the number...was on hold for over 30 minutes..never talked to anyone. Finally I called the Tennessee number and talked to the one girl named Alesha that is the ONLY person who even answered a question. I was told that no I was not getting my delivery...they asked for the number that called me. They think I am stupid or something...why would I wait half the day here for nothing. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady. She allowed me to look around and didn't bother me. This store is small and very clean. Although I went during the COVID-19 scare, I still believe the store is a clean place. They also have a nice selection of office supplies, networking items and office chairs. They were completely out of hand sanitizer and toilet paper though. But that's to be expected. All in all, I like this Staples location better than the Cleveland store.

However, the customer service provided by Brian and his staff was something we don't see often anymore and he even followed up with to see if I was able to find what I was looking for. I will be shopping there again.
