The first service man was knowledgeable, but talked about threesomes and lesbians during the service call. The oil was over $4 per gallon, I finally shopped around and found someone 50% cheaper and professional. I was told my propane tank was unable to be filled, that I could buy or lease a new one from suburban. And that no one in the area would recertify the current tank. Not true, as I called around and had a 5 yr recertification done on the tank that I own. Their app was easy to use for payments and fuel requests.

She then told staff to contact me with more threats - stating helping my family will only make it worst in coming months. She took this posture even though my bill never exceeded $350, as I made payments as soon as I received money. I requested payment plans, they chose not to work with me. The pandemic continues to impact the entire world. I truly get there will be individuals who have taken advantage of the help received. I am not one of them. I am a tax paying citizen, who has taken pride in the work I do. I value hard work and taking responsibility for my own. During a pandemic, everyone should work together. This company, office and credit manager Kathy are not good individuals serving their customers and the community. If you can avoid using this company, it would be wise.
