So another employee, Paul, came over and he rudely said "you don't have $1.37" ...he meant cash on me. I replied no and that I do not carry cash. He shook his head. A customer in the store overheard the conversation and she gave me $2 to pay. I'm sorry but if your store has a sign that accepts different forms of tender, like debit/credit cards, it is the store's job to make sure the system works properly and not blame the customer for not carrying cash. I will not come here again nor recommend this place and deter others from going here because of the rude remarks I received.

She was rude to almost all she assisted while we were waiting. UPS does not need someone like this working for them, and this store appears to have employees like this all over. I don't recommend this UPS for any type of service a person may need. Now because she was alone was maybe the reason for the frustration and if that is so the manager should make sure there are enough employees to take care of customers.
