When I picked up the "completed" jacket, I found that the job was actually not done as we had discussed, but I was charged for a service that they failed to deliver nonetheless. After discussing this issue with a less then proficient team of workers on 2 separate occasions, I was told that the owner would be informed, and would contact me. On my third attempt to rectify the situation in the store, I was met with a bevy of unified smirks and sideways glances between this "capable" legion of agents, representing the nefarious establishment known as "New Canaan" Cleaners. Caveat emptor New Canaanites - by identifying themselves with your name - this business owner has brazenly sullied the cachet most often associated with this highly revered community.
