    The staff here is awful. Very rude and no help at all! Very unhappy staff. I would avoid this place if you can.

Here's the relevant Tracking Number: Tracking ID: 9361289695036551096782 I honestly don't know what is going on and that is probably because the employees at the Bridges Street Office likewise seem to not know what is going on. Firstly - I live in Morehead City. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered as part of my monthly Amazon Subscribe & Save purchases along with everything else for a total of about 6 packages with 6 associated tracking numbers with an expected delivery date of Sept 5th. One package (this Tracking Number one) was updated with a status of "Package transferred to another carrier for delivery." while everything else was delivered as expected. On Sept 6th the same "transferred" package was updated FOUR TIMES with a statuses stating it arrived in Morehead City and a second arrival in Sneads Ferry! Then a DELAYED posted by Sneads Ferry and (I'm guessing) returned to Morehead City with yet another DELAYED status update! It needs to be delivered in Morehead City! WTF is going on? It arrives in the destination city and then gets shipped somewhere I never heard of! I filed an online complaint with USPS and checked the box for being responded to by EMAIL! About two hours go by and I receive an automated BS PHONE CALL providing me with a minor update and stating I will be contacted by a representative within a few hours in addition to all the redundant BS I can see via online tracking! NOBODY CONTACTED ME, but I did receive an automated email confirming that they received my complaint! DUH!!!! I already figured that one out on my own after having received the unrequested automated phone call. Today is Sept 7th and the USPS Tracking Info for my package states it has been delivered and was placed by the front door or porch! THAT IS A LIE!!! NOT MY PORCH!!!! I've checked with all of my neighbors and everyone denies having received the package. I tried to file another complaint online about this latest fiasco and cannot do so because USPS hasn't closed the case on the previous complaint filed with the same tracking number! HEY USPS!!! Get it through your damned heads that when TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE for reporting something, that you shouldn't DELIBERATELY be placing blocks in the reporting process!!! IS IT TOO HARD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO ACCEPT A COMPLAINT WITH A TRACKING NUMBER THAT IS ALREADY IN USE ON ANOTHER COMPLAINT AND AMEND THE SECOND ONE TO THE FIRST ONE SO YOU CAN SEE THE COMPLETE PICTURE? This would permit you to close "both" complaints at the same time; but if you demand they be kept separate via your current complaints reporting process - it doesn't speak well of your level of COMMON SENSE!!! UPDATE: My package was just delivered on Sept 9th by the regular delivery person! THE "NEW" person who scanned it as having been delivered on Sept 7th IS A DECEITFUL IRRESPONSIBLE LIAR AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!
