I like this UPS location. I can always pop right in and out and be on my way. My favorite thing is that they do Amazon returns. Since this COVID stuff, I've done a lot more shopping online and I love that there is an easy way to send stuff back if I need to. I've visited the UPS Store in Midlothian several times over the past months, and unfortunately, I've had multiple negative interactions with an employee named Dylan. During my first encounter, I used the self-service printer after walking into the store, just as I had done on previous visits. No one had ever told me that I wasn't allowed to print on my own. After I returned from my car to print another document, Dylan approached me and told me I couldn't use the printer. The issue wasn't that he corrected me,it was the way he did it. His tone was rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational. I explained that I genuinely wasn't aware of the policy because no one had ever mentioned it before. I ultimately asked another employee to assist me because I did not want to interact with him further. The woman who helped me was very kind and even apologized for the way the situation was handled. Today only reinforced my initial impression. When I walked into the store, there was only one customer being helped by another employee. Dylan saw me enter and immediately went to the back instead of acknowledging or assisting me. I watched him walk around the back area, return briefly to the front to look at his phone, and then head back again without ever offering to help. Another employee eventually asked him if he was going to assist me, and I responded that I would simply wait for the other gentleman because I did not want Dylan helping me.Customer service is about treating people with professionalism and respect, even when enforcing store policies. Unfortunately, Dylan consistently came across as dismissive, rude, and uninterested in helping customers. I hope management addresses these concerns because the other employees I've encountered have been friendly, courteous, and professional. One employee should not overshadow the positive customer service provided by the rest of the staff. read more

This store completely lied to my wife today regarding having a notary onsite. My called there this morning at 1030am and asked if need an appointment for a notary and they said no because they always have a notary onsite. Well we get there today 7/18 at 2pm and this guy tells us she's on break and will be back in 20 minutes to do a notary. We walk in and they straight up lied to us and said there's no notary on site. They completely lied to us and I will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. read more

Racist much! I have always felt an air of hostility towards people of color at this location. I was in there recently and was waiting to be helped next. The young woman...I think her name is Annabell....was doing absolutely nothing. I was waiting for at least 7 minutes. Finally, the new Latino employee helped me. They really needed her since no one in there speaks anything other than English. Once she helped me...miss annabell walks up to the person of non color and ask if she could help her? It was so painfully obvious that all I could do was laugh. I've noticed this behavior from the young men who also work there. They treat us TOTALLY different than they do themselves. I guess because it's Midlothian it's expected but it doesn't make it right. I will continue to bring my packages there and be waited on. If my color offends you...that's on you & not me! read more

This UPS stole a phone I posted through them. the phone never left their shop and never got delivered . When I reported the issue to them they just didn't care. Someone just tried to activate the phone with a Minnesota numbe. Just thought I should leave this here read more

I've gone here primarily for Amazon returns. Recently went in to print and Misty helped me quickly and I managed to make it to my meeting on time. Totally saved the day! Today I had another return at 3pm and Misty and her coworker were taking care of a long line of customers with speed and care! They really make a difference in customer service! read more

Just called to see if they were hiring and whoever answered the phone (he didn't state his name) answer with a tone that sounded bothered. Once I asked if they were hiring, he immediately said "no we're not" then hanged up the phone quickly. Yall need to do something with yalls employees with their rude ass attitudes. read more

Today I visited the UPS store in Midlothian, Texas to return an Amazon item. I was helped by a lady named Mary. There was a problem and Mary calmly explained my next steps necessary to resolve the issue. She even provided a space for me to disassemble the product to make it fit in the UPS shipping box. Friendly personal service is all I have ever received from this group. I couldn't run my business as efficiently as I do without the postal help I receive each and every day. Mary, the morning clerk is nice and attentive. Many times I will walk in and she will be the only one behind the counter and have 3 or more patrons waiting for help. She keeps excellent track of who's next to be helped. I can't say enough about Brandon as he always has given me personal service. Before I even get to my P. O. Box he has my mail ready for me. The owner Judy is just as sweet as can be. Always smiling. Always has a cheerful glow about her and is very appreciative of her customers. read more

Terrible, and i mean terrible customer service... imagine if a Karen, was the manager... thats what the midlothian UPS is like just a couple of old grumpy grandmas mad they have to work. All they do is complain about Amazon allday and blame the 2 young guys for nothing ever being done. We are so grateful to have such well-run UPS store in our town! I have mailed many packages from this location and have also used their printing service to make some spiral-bound notebooks. Every employee I have ever dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and careful with my shipments. I really like having them keep a record of my past shipments so that I can reference an address without having to search for it (again!). All my grandchildren live far away so I rely on UPS to get my packages to them in good shape and on time. read more

This store has very rude and unprofessional employees. I was in the store for about 20 mins printing things out & getting stuff done on the computer and they were very annoyed with me being in there that long ( basically I over stayed my welcome) and charge me way more than they ever had in the past. Came in to ship a cell phone back to a family member. Service was excellent. Additional copy and shredding services offered are affordable and exceptionally convenient for me. Also in a great location and easy to get in and out. 5/5 will be back for most of personal/business needs. read more

Sadly this is a good store except for one brain dead policy. I tired to have them wrap and ship a scope that goes on a rifle, NOT A GUN, an optical scope that you look through and they refused because it was a "gun part." This is really weird because UPS delivered it to my house but they can't ship it??? Seriously stupid rule. I can do business elsewhere. read more

Mailed a package from this store location 8-21-20 the package never arrived at destination. Called the store for assistance...I need to contact 800# package stuck at Goodyear facility since 8/24. Called 800# opened investigation. Discovered Ups closed the investigation without contacting me as they apparently needed package size to continue. Called Midlothian UPS and all they could do is tell me to contact 800 and hung up on me, they packaged my products and apparently didn't list the size of the package on their system. 800# is useless and of no help! read more

This is second time I've been disappointed at this store. The first time I complained on Facebook and the owner messaged me and apologized. That time was over the rudeness of their employee. This time the young man who helped me with my printing was very helpful. But my complaint is even with his helpfulness I ended up having to double print the invitations I was printing because the first batch was off centered. I brought my own paper. So not only did my paper get wasted, I was charged for all of it. Including the 20 that were ruined and thrown away. Plus they charged me for color and although there was a little blotch of whitewashed color, you would think since so much of my paper was wasted, they could have at least charged me black and white for those. As well as getting charged $10 for the computer usage. I printed double what I printed at another store and it didn't even cost me half of what I spent here. Im done with this store I will not be back. read more
