I'm in here all the time as I am an avid user of eBay/amazon. The owner (Vincent) is so nice and helpful. His prices are on par with ups and their packaging cost are also not tooo bad. Generally packaging costs cost quite a bit but here they are not outrageous. When needed to ship non usps, go here for the helpful and courteous service. read more

After reading the reviews of this UPS middletown store it is everything that people have said: Professional, Clean, Friendly and Incredible. I met the owner Vincent who was chatting with a customer expressing that he had been concerned about her as he hadn't seen her and was happy she was well. instead of USPS because UPS is guaranteed. So I spent $117 on the shipping (instead of $30 using USPS). It took 9 days to get delivered. When I called, the manager told me that he would monitor the delivery and once it got delivered, he would request refund from UPS. I didn't receive anything from them for a while so I disputed via my bank. My bank told me since it's delivered, it's not qualified for dispute. I called the manager and he told me that it's my decision to choose them and UPS never guarantees any deliveries. He lied to me about guaranteed delivery and then set up a trap by saying he would refund me after it got delivered which implied that I should not refuse the delivery. Went into this location hoping to cut our wedding programs. Vincent took us right in the back and cut all 300 pages for half the price staples wanted. We went to staples and they wanted to charge us so much more even after we already paid them to print our pages. Will never go to staples and will always go to this UPS location from now on! Fantastic Customer service!!!! Vincent was incredibly helpful in handling a difficult situation I was in. Someone found something valuable I lost while visiting the area. There was no standard way to arrange the shipping and payment because the person who found didn't want to do anything but drop off an unboxed item. Vincent just figured out the whole thing. He arranged the packing, shipping and payment, and even contacted the shipper(who i was having a difficult time contacting) to arrange the drop off. Shipping charge was so inexpensive that given all the effort, they were not making much money on my item. He did it out of pure customer service. He went out of his way to get everything done and i really appreciate it. If I lived in the area i would only ship with them because i put a huge value on doing business with people who care and i can trust. Thanks Vincent! read more
