UPDATE - I had contacted you through email & phone call. Neither of which were returned. Shows you don't take this seriously with your laughable response. I guess I was lucky enough to have gotten the same employee that everyone seems to have a problem with. I'm glad the management at your store has done absolutely nothing about this waste of space you call an employee. If this is the blond haired main with his hairline starting halfway in the back of his head, then this one is for you buddy. I was in your store around 12:20 on 8/23/25 to drop off a package. I don't need an attitude from the guy behind the counter because he has to stop his conversation & help a customer out. I also shouldn't be made to feel like a burden because he hates his job. He just walked up to the terminal & stared at me. I went to hand him the package & he annoyingly motioned with the scan gun to place it on to the scale. Like in a jerking motion. I did so. I processed a return with Amazon for 3 items. Return was approved and I downloaded the return code. 1 QR code for 3 items. All 3 boxes were never opened. Upon presenting packages and code to this UPS store I was immediately told all 3 boxes had to be put in 1 box. Amazon never said anything of the sort. This pos UPS store is simply forcing you to buy their boxes and tape so they can stick it to you. No pun intended. Run from this garbage store. We deserve better. Not to mention the place is filthy. Had a letter overnighter signature required, as it was an important document being sent to Vermont. That was done on 12/11 and did not get delivered til Wednesday 12/13. Called store to see where it was and no one seemed to know. Have been waiting for a refund and have gotten nothing but the runaround. Obviously someone did nor know how to do their job correctly. I've been living in Levittown for over 3 years now and I can't even begin to count how many times I have passed this UPS store. But, if I had to wager a guess, in the hundreds would be a pretty close estimate. Yet, whenever I had a package to send out, I'd always traipse to the nearest Fedex/Kinkos store, which is about 20 minutes from my house. The UPS store is only 5 at best. Go figure, I have no explanation for this except for sheer stupidity. Yesterday, I had my first care package ready to send to my daughter at sleep away camp in PA. I was actually very excited about it. I spent hours on Sunday going to 3 different stores, picking out all the little things I knew she would love. I also promised that I would send it out to her on Monday. I had no choice but to go on my lunch hour to The UPS Store that I have been "subconsciously" avoiding all these years. I'm also a strong believer that things happen for a reason and now I can kick myself for not going to this UPS Store sooner. It's not very big which is the first thing I liked about it (sorry, bigger is not always better!!). A larger store with lots more to look at (like the Fedex/Kinkos store) would surely mean more people, longer lines and wait time that I didn't have. There were no lines at all at The UPS Store when I got there so I stepped right up to the counter. Kathleen greeted me with a big smile and was extremely friendly and attentive, especially when I told her who my package was being sent to. She assured me that she would take care of everything and that my package would arrive at the camp the very next day. Everything went so smoothly, I just filled out a short, simple form and paid. The total charge came to $22.93 which included the shipping, materials and packing service. If I had done the packing myself, the charge would have been only $14.79. Whatever the cost, it was all well worth it. I even had some time to talk with Kathleen and another very friendly lady about my daughter being away for the first time. Big points scored there since there's nothing I love better than to hang out and talk, especially when it's about my children. Kathleen even told me that by giving her my email address, I'd be getting updates about the delivery status of my package. No calls for me to make to track it myself. Also, from this point on, whenever I need to ship something again, all I have to do is give my name and all my information will automatically come up, even more time to save on my next visit. Besides shipping, other services include Faxing, Notary, Freight Services, Digital Printing, Copying and Finishing Services, Moving Supplies, Packing Materials and more. I'm sure that other shipping companies offer the same services, but the people working at The UPS Store are just so knowledgeable and helpful, it's the only one I'll be going back to for all my shipping needs. BTW, I just received another email. My package was delivered at 11:16 this morning. It can't get any better than that!! read more

I'm in here all the time. My family and I have been going through personal matters and the paperwork to follow. It's been terrible and ongoing for five months. I've had two separate instances where I've had to come in and out of the store and some things weren't working. Nobody's fault, it happens. Like I've had to resend a faxes or email a few times. Obviously it's frustrating especially since it's important paperwork. Both of these instances I've had two separate female employees say things to me like, "Wow you're having some time today." or "Oh you seem annoyed. I would be." The first woman I had this happen to wouldn't get off my case. She was going back and forth with me four or five times. Today I had told the woman that I "didn't want to talk about it". Yes I obviously was annoyed and the paperwork was important. But it's not like I took it out on her or made it like it was her fault. I knew it wasn't. She dropped it until I went to pay and she says, "Well the fax went through. That should make you happy except you don't look too happy right now." I said to her, "Again I told you I didn't want to talk about it.". In both situations I had to tell both women and MORE THAN ONCE that I didn't want to discuss it. I wasn't rude, I didn't make a scene or anything, nor should I, but I felt extremely provoked. I'm not anyone's entertainment and I expect respect when I come here. It's not a lot to ask. I've heard foul language come out of a few people who work here's mouths on several occasions. Yes I speak that way too but NOT at my workplace. Have some self control. Sometimes they charge different prices. They told my sister one price and me another on the same service a few occasions. I'd rather go to Hicksville but unfortunately this is closer. read more

I always have a good experience at this UPS store. I've been going there since we moved to Levittown 10 years ago. It's so much faster and more cost efficient than the local post office and they offer all the same services: stamps, shipping, sending out mail, plus notarizing, faxing, signage and copying. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. read more

Awful, Awful, Awful. Went to drop off a package I needed to send. I didnt have a box, so the rep offerred to pack my box for me. Great! After ringing me up, he told me my total would be $12. I then asked him how much it would be to buy a box myself, and he advised it would be $5. So I said ok, ill take a box instead. As I began to pack my own stuff, the rep asked me to leave, as I could not pack my own stuff in their store. Hmm, ok. So I went out into the rain, packed my stuff in the car, went back in, and handed it to the rep. First, He did not provide me with options, he essentially kicked me out into the rain, and the store was a complete mess. (Oh, and there is no parking). Fed Ex on Hempstead Turnpike is so much more helpful and cost friendly. They take great care of you. I will not go back to this UPS location. read more

I give UPS Store 1582 at 94 Gardiners Avenue in Levittown, NY, five stars due to their superior service and willingness to go the extra mile. I say this seriously. I can be highly critical in my Yelp reviews, so five stars means something. I live in Ohio, not New York. I've never been to Levittown, NY, never been to this UPS store, never met the people there, never met the owner, Karen Jackson. I was trying to get a Levittown bakery to ship Christmas cookies to Ohio, but they refused. I got a tip from a contact in New York that Ms. Jackson might be helpful, so I sent her an email and asked if she would pick up some delicious Italian cookies from a bakery up the street, pack and ship them, and have them delivered to my Ohio home in time for the holidays Much to my amazement, not only did she agree to do this, she called the bakery and got pricing. After multiple emails, every detail was set up down to the preferred time of delivery. I was surprised that she was willing to go out of her way at such a busy time of year. She was exceptionally helpful, and I appreciate it. Made my day. If you're in Levittown, NY, I recommend using UPS Store 1582. read more

I have been to this store on two separate occasions. The sign on their door says they open at 8:00am, yet no one shows up until 8:15. When running errands on the way to work, I count on stores being open when they say they are going to be. If you don't open until 8:15, just say as much. read more

I am an avid purchaser and reviewer for AMAZON.COM but a lot of times I have items that need to be returned and their return policy more times then not requires that I return through UPS with their free label. It is not only convenient but it is a nice place to go to . Parking is street side so depending on the time of day its iffy but most times not a problem. Much more pleasant then the USPS right down the block. The woman and young man that work there are very pleasant and helpful. I am not too good with the tape and they always manage to set it right so its secure and you are also able to read. Due to health issues my husband has now been taking the returns here for over a year and when I do get to go I joke with one of the girls that she is his stand in wife. It is a nice place, their prices I feel are good even when we send out our own items and we will continue to come to this location. read more
