It is a high-volume store that sometimes gets crowded; the staff keeps their cool. The item was in the same unopened box it came in. As she was putting the label on it, she started insisting it was not the original box and complaining that the original box was required. I told her it was the original box and that this was my third attempt to return it because the store had been closed during posted hours. She then used her back pain as an excuse for why the store is frequently closed during business hours. She then told me that if I didn't like her service, I could drive to Marathon to return my package. I took that to mean that if I didn't accept the way I was being spoken to and the claims about the packaging, she would refuse the return and make the situation more difficult than it needed to be. The interaction felt controlling and completely inappropriate for a basic Amazon return. At that point, I made it very clear how I felt about her and the way I was treated as I was leaving the store. I then contacted UPS support to file a complaint. The representative asked for her name, but since she was not wearing a name tag, I had no way of knowing it. I asked if they needed the name, and they told me it was up to me but that it would help, so I went back into the store to get it. When I went back in and asked for her name, she refused and then said she would call the police on me for trespassing, even though I was following the instructions given to me by UPS support. Between the repeated issues with the store being closed during posted hours, the behavior I experienced during this interaction, and being threatened with the police when trying to follow instructions from customer support, this was completely unacceptable. read more

The service we got was nothing less than first class that person we worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable.. she had a great personality and greeted almost every customer by their first name .. an outstanding experience!!! we would bring all packages for shipment to her in the future!!! read more

I stopped in to return an Amazon package that I didn't need during my trip rather than bring it home on the plane. The return was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Just a fyi, they do close for lunch between 1-2 Monday to Friday. read more

Horrible!!!! Stopped by to pick up a package from Amazon at 12:50 PM after receiving an email from UPS at 12:09 that my package was there and ready to be picked up. There was a pile of Amazon packages but the gentleman Jacob who was working refused to even glance at them and told me to come back later even though I explained that I had my 83 year old mother in the car, I explained that I had an email from UPS stating it was ready to be picked up and I explained it was a massive inconvenience to come back!! Called the store in the car the day before a holiday, where they would be closed all day. Just had an Amazon package to pick up and would be arriving at 6:01. Was told they will be closed, and would not allow me to pick up the package one minute after closing, the day before a holiday. I've had the luxury of speaking to over the phone and personally working with both Melodie and Savannah at this location and they are refreshingly kind and helpful with everything. This place is definitely a one stop shop, the staff are very wonderful and it's really been a pleasure doing business here and I'm i'm glad that my travels will continue to bring me to this location for personal and work travel and I will continue to use the store happily. Always a pleasure coming here! Normally, I am just dropping off a UPS packet, but no matter how busy, the employees are always pleasant and chatty. During covid times, masks are required and there are marks on the flood to enforce social distancing (the store is small), so I always feel safe here. I have never used all of their services (faxing, post office boxes, packaging), but I know, should I need it, it is within a few miles of my house. read more

So frustrating. They require you to make an appointment to get something notarized. They said to come back 4-5 hours later. They claim the process is too burdensome to do without an appointment yet there was no one waiting in line and 2 people at the counter. While it might make their day more organized, it surely is an inconvenience to a business owner or customer who needs this service. Terrible, terrible customer service. I was screamed at for not wearing a mask on New Year's Eve 2021, while there IS NO LONGER A MASK MANDATE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I asked very politely if they could give me a mask while I'm the store and they refused to serve me and my 2 small children. Instead of being helpful the elderly blonde was extremely rude. read more

As a local, our use the store on a weekly basis. The employee is really nice that is hired but the manager was a complete jerk and had no sense of customer service. He did not print out a receipt for my shipping label And he charged me $10 to print off one label on the computer. Unfortunately I will not be returning to the store even though it does look conveniently located. I will not support someone who is so rude to the locals. read more
