I received an email from both the seller and ups that the package I was expecting had been…read moredelivered. I looked all over my front yard and couldn't find it. I looked again and the seller had a picture of the house it was delivered to and it was not mine. You could read the address and it was not the same either. My address is 400, the picture of the delivery was 403 B. I have tried to reach out to ups but all I get is their AI bot. (I think it means Absolute Idiot!) I have followed the instructions to wait 2 business days and then reach out to them again. So far I haven't heard from them-------It's been over a week now! Still no package or so sorry message or anything at all. I don't know what they charge for delivery, but if this is the way they do business then it is too much!! I just want the cash for lost product, or the product!

I…read morechecked to see where the closest pick up location was as I live in the country and did not want to have to wait all day for them to pick it up. When I got there I discovered they do not have a contract with Fedex to pick up so there was a fee to have it picked up. No thanks. It has already been enough hassle to try to return this. I guess it can wait until I go to a place that doesn't charge for having a package sit in their place until Fedex stops. I do wish they had an actual website so I could have discovered that before driving the 20 miles to take the package there.

We never received this service of extermination of the inside of properties. Normally if the properties get exterminated they are done outside and I needed something done right away .... So I had to pay the cost. My husband was getting bit all over his arms and they were like chicken pox (swollen).... I had Brandon from this company come out to exterminate for bugs, which turned out to be Bed Bugs (which I had no idea that I had that problem)... I felt so embarrassed and Brandon reassured me that it was probably NOT my fault as it can happen to the best of us who have people visit us as they might have bed bugs attached to their clothing and bed bugs travel with people through luggage; through business airline seats ; at restaurants seats; from hotels and the best of upper-end resorts. So-- I felt better knowing that this bug is quite common . Brandon was very detailed in showing me what a bed bug looked like and where to look for them and came up with my total cost for his services. His extermination service came in 3 visits instead of one for a total cost of $275. Most exterminators charge that fee for just one application...I have not seen a bed bug since and he finished exterminating for Bed Bugs a week ago. I liked his service so much that I hired him on for a monthly basic service ($45.) a month to spray for other bugs (peaty creatures) and this will be done monthly until I say to stop. I recommend him and feel he is honest and trustworthy as we had to leave our premises for over 2 hours and he was very careful with moving our furnitures when finished. Today, I'm totally happy and trust that if we have that problem again, he will be available to help again.

I took a friend of mine who was visiting from Texas to the UPS Store to fax a large packet of very important forms that were facing a deadline. The agency that was receiving the forms was experiencing problems with their fax machine, and our transmissions kept failing. Rebecca Forgey at the UPS Store was incredibly kind and resourceful. She kept faxing the forms over and over until they were transmitted properly, and she also sent them via email, just to make sure that they had been received. This type of commitment to customer service is extremely rare, and I salute her. I plan to keep coming back to complete all my future copying, faxing, and shipping projects. read more
