Fedex delivery driver out of Joplin has been delivering to the wrong address. My neighbor has been getting my package. The house is numbered, the mail box is numbered. How irritating that I have to go to my neighbors house to get my packages when they could literally drive another 100 ft to my house. The Fedex drivers have to walk up a drive way past the mailbox with the WRONG NUMBER. Customer service is a joke as all they can do is open a claim and nothing gets resolved. read more

Terrible delivery drivers. I missed his attempt by less than one minute, he drove to the end of my street which is a cul desac, delivered another package to my neighbor, turned around and drove right passed me standing in the driveway waving at him. Was that extra 20 seconds really going to kill him? I don't live on a busy street, there wouldn't have been any traffic to block. And getting in touch with someone to complain about is next to impossible. I took time off work to get this package and literally missed him by seconds. Terrible delivery service. Their driver/drivers have consistently delivered my packages to the wrong address. Just today, I had incoming important documents that were overnight shipped at exorbitant rates due to their time-critical nature. Stayed home to ensure I received and signed for them. Conveniently, they updated status as being delayed as no one was available to sign for the package and called it a day. No attempted delivery sticker on my front door to prove their claim. Customer service useless and told me to drive out to their office in the afternoon to pick it up myself. I trust USPS and UPS much more than Fedex's pathetic performance in Joplin. read more

In 10 years that I lived here they have delivered all my packages to the wrong address. The last time was last week. Thankfully a very nice man brought it by after work. I called at noon and they never sent anyone to find my package. By 6:30 it was dropped off by a nice neighbor. They just left it there. Not caring that they made a mistake. This company is a complete joke with drivers that don't care where they dump your packages. This was an antique and not replaceable. This package makes number 8 they dump at the wrong address. I will never order anything that uses FedEx to ship my items They are using the weather conditions as an excuse while UPS has delivered everyday for the past week. My mother recently had a terrible experience at this FedEx store. She came home very frustrated. She went in with my 6 year old daughter to pick up a package and the man working was extremely rude to her and many other customers. When she came in he was helping someone else and he told her "it's going to be while!" in a very manner. Apparently he was also complaining about having to come in early to work so someone could leave early and he wasn't happy about it. Seriously, how unprofessional is it to gripe to customers about your job like that? As other people came in the door he would repeat "it's gonna be a while!" Instead of getting my mothers package while the man in front of her took several minutes filling out some papers, he just stood there and waited. When my daughter said "Grandma, this is taking forever" the jerk said "Yes, it is! It's going to be a LONG time!" Clearly this man should not be working in customer service. My package was delivered to my neighbor by mistake. The shipping label had my correct name and address on the shipping label...and I was home at time of delivery. The driver just wasn't careful about checking the address. I have received many past deliveries by FedEx, and this is the first time a mistake was made. read more
