I looked again and the seller had a picture of the house it was delivered to and it was not mine. You could read the address and it was not the same either. My address is 400, the picture of the delivery was 403 B. I have tried to reach out to ups but all I get is their AI bot. (I think it means Absolute Idiot!) I have followed the instructions to wait 2 business days and then reach out to them again. So far I haven't heard from them-------It's been over a week now! Still no package or so sorry message or anything at all. I don't know what they charge for delivery, but if this is the way they do business then it is too much!! I just want the cash for lost product, or the product!

When I got there I discovered they do not have a contract with Fedex to pick up so there was a fee to have it picked up. No thanks. It has already been enough hassle to try to return this. I guess it can wait until I go to a place that doesn't charge for having a package sit in their place until Fedex stops. I do wish they had an actual website so I could have discovered that before driving the 20 miles to take the package there.

Unsuspecting little store hidden away on the unfashionable southside of Joplin in a little strip mall - and they'll do all of your package mailing office type things that you need, but they'll do it for a pretty hefty price - much like Kinkos. And that's the reason I don't use this unless I have to get something done instantly and it's the closest or best option... I had to so I'm glad they were here. But meh to the prices. PS When it comes to boys, my gf prefers ups, not downs or half masts.

The UPS store wanted to charge for printing, shipping it overnight, then back to Joplin to be delivered in time. UPS is a great shipping company, but there was winter weather in Louisville, so I couldn't trust that. Enter Kelly from Quick Print! She was so kind and personable. If I lived in Joplin, hands down, I would use this amazing local small business for all my printing needs! Thank you so much, Kelly. I'm not sure if we will be the Bid winner, but thanks to you, we have a fighting chance! I cannot thank you enough for the results and kindness! If I ever need some printing work that is not a local, time-sensitive need, I'll use your business! Vince Corbisiero, Virginia
