I…read morechecked to see where the closest pick up location was as I live in the country and did not want to have to wait all day for them to pick it up. When I got there I discovered they do not have a contract with Fedex to pick up so there was a fee to have it picked up. No thanks. It has already been enough hassle to try to return this. I guess it can wait until I go to a place that doesn't charge for having a package sit in their place until Fedex stops. I do wish they had an actual website so I could have discovered that before driving the 20 miles to take the package there.

I raised the rating because they're so nice. I got the nicest letter from them and they're angels. Definitely 5 star response and customer service. Unsuspecting little store hidden away on the unfashionable southside of Joplin in a little strip mall - and they'll do all of your package mailing office type things that you need, but they'll do it for a pretty hefty price - much like Kinkos. And that's the reason I don't use this unless I have to get something done instantly and it's the closest or best option... I had to so I'm glad they were here. But meh to the prices. PS When it comes to boys, my gf prefers ups, not downs or half masts.
