My address is 400, the picture of the delivery was 403 B. I have tried to reach out to ups but all I get is their AI bot. (I think it means Absolute Idiot!) I have followed the instructions to wait 2 business days and then reach out to them again. So far I haven't heard from them-------It's been over a week now! Still no package or so sorry message or anything at all. I don't know what they charge for delivery, but if this is the way they do business then it is too much!! When I got there I discovered they do not have a contract with Fedex to pick up so there was a fee to have it picked up. No thanks. It has already been enough hassle to try to return this. I guess it can wait until I go to a place that doesn't charge for having a package sit in their place until Fedex stops. Unsuspecting little store hidden away on the unfashionable southside of Joplin in a little strip mall - and they'll do all of your package mailing office type things that you need, but they'll do it for a pretty hefty price - much like Kinkos. And that's the reason I don't use this unless I have to get something done instantly and it's the closest or best option... I had to so I'm glad they were here. But meh to the prices.
