5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

The service was friendly and quite pleasant, that was a wonderful change in comparison to my other Post Office experiences. The postal system was established from what I read in 1775. I wonder what Benjamin Franklin who was the first Postmaster General would think of our Postal Service today. Would he be happy if the Mailboxes were changed to blue in 1971? Or that the mail is not delivered by mule. From what I read, mail is delivered by Mules on a long trail in the Canyon of Arizona. Amuse yourself and find an article on that note.

Visité esta sucursal buscando cuadernos de composición y carpetas (folders). I came in with a simple question about a USPS package I had dropped off along with two UPS…read morepackages. The UPS packages were scanned, but the USPS tracking never updated. I had specific questions about the process and what I could do to locate the package. I was not asking them to take responsibility -- I was simply asking for guidance. Instead, I was repeatedly interrupted with "No, no, no" and told to go to USPS before I could even finish a question. When I asked why I wasn't even being allowed to finish my sentence, the gentleman said, "I assume you want to ask this," and continued answering a question I had not even finished asking. I said, "Okay, if you want to assume, I am not doing this," and left. I completely understand that they may not be responsible for the USPS package, but basic customer service means listening and explaining, not dismissing a customer. It is easy to be friendly when everything goes smoothly; the real test of customer service is how you treat people when there is a problem. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. And yes, it was the same employee described in the other reviews -- the gentleman with long hair. Unfortunately, I can now understand exactly what those reviewers were referring to. Rather than simply helping me with a straightforward question, he seemed unnecessarily confrontational and appeared more interested in arguing than listening.
