SOMEONE lost this package and no one's owning up to it. will provide tracking info etc to usps support should it be requested of me via pm. update, 12/21/2021 4:10 pm: usps customer service has reached out to me via email and are working with me, and have absolved the jackson office of any responsibility as its clear UPS dropped the ball and are in point of fact still in possession of my package. I'll be sending ALOT more packages via usps over ups now.

In December of 2023 I received a voucher for a new chair and on January 29, 2024 I exchanged the voucher for the new chair. I had also purchased another 3-year protection policy and prepaid for the delivery and assembly of the chair. Since they did not have one in the store, they shipped me the new one on February 10, 2024. However, in all of the actions taking place I was never given a new receipt for the new chair. So, on May 25, 2025 I went back to the store to get a copy of the receipt. They told me that they would email it to me. They did, however, it was just a copy of the delivery and assembly of the chair and the item number of the chair. I little while later when I returned to the store, it was closed up for good. Out of business. Now no receipt to get. So, today, October 13, 2026, I called up both Staples and the protection policy company (asurion) and spoke with 8 people (all were very polite and understanding) told me that they could not go back past two years to look up transactions (PURCHASES). So, now I will get to the point. I am "S" out of luck. asurion (the policy protection company won't make good on honoring their end of a three-year policy and Staples is completely useless.
