I needed to have documents packaged and shipped. I stopped by the UPS Store on Saturday to ship documents and have them packaged since I didn't have a large enough envelope. I arrived right when they opened because I was in a bit of a rush and was second on line, which was great. Unfortunately, there was a short delay since their computers were down at opening. Even though it wasn't the best timing, the wait wasn't too bad. Once everything was up and running, the process went smoothly and efficiently. The staff handled everything professionally and without any issues, and they got everyone taken care of pretty quickly. I came to this location to ship a package out they are usually very busy so depending on what time it is you could end up waiting in line for 5-10 min depending. Now not every package are you able to have them scan and print out a label I was unaware of this. They told me to email them the label and they would print out my label which came up to nearly $4 for one piece of paper. Had I known this I could've printed out the paper for free. As a seller this policy that they have in place & for this coat does not help especially in these times. read more

This UPS store was amazing and great service all around. It has a large parking lot and when you walk inside you notice it is very clean and organized. I went here for fieldprint on a Saturday and this younger associate helped and I was done in less than 10 mins and during that time customers were coming in and he knew their name and were talking about them and their business. The wait times on a weekends and weekday evenings are usually longer, as expected. Went in recently on a weekday afternoon and it was empty. The associate, Ayanna, was quick and efficient - I was out of there in less than 5 min! read more

The wait times here are really long, which is fine, I understand they're busy. Some employees are lovely and helpful. Others are very rude. Must admit, very surprised at some of the very low ratings being given this particular UPS store in Hollis, Queens NY. I've been using their services for a few years now, without any problems or issues. Ms. Powers in particular is a helpful and polite older lady. True, it's rare to see her smile. But that's about the worst thing I can think of when recalling all the times I've dealt with her over the years. The store isn't perfect. The only negatives I've consistently noticed is that whenever there is a line, it seems to always be a long one; unfortunately. And the staff does seem to take their time. However, that last part is not always their fault. I've consistently seen customers upfront act as though this was their very first time mailing ANYTHING! Asking the sorts of questions that they should already know the answers to, as grown adults. And having zero courtesy for everyone else on the line. During the covid restrictions they had limited access. They have since broadened their availability and make my experience better.

These people are scammers. I went to ship a package and hadn't pre printed the label. I was charged $3 to use their computer and and additional 25 cent to print the label. I asked if I could email them and pay to print the label and was told it's $5 to send an email and .25 to print. I finally gave up and logged onto their computer to print. It took 30 seconds to do that so I asked if the $3 fee could be waived because i logged on and printed the label in under 1 minute and that was excessive. I was told that it doesn't matter, "the fee is the fee" Then i was told they did me a favor because they're taping the box, usually they charge $2 to tape boxes. Unbelievable. read more

If you want something important overnighted, don't use this UPS. My $31 overnight got there ten days late. Still have not gotten the refund if it does not get there in 24 hours. For my local UPS store I definitely give 5 stars. I have been coming here since I was in high school. They have had the same employees forever and they are all really nice. For customer service, I can't complain. I've always been given full attention and help when ever I came in. Around Christmas time the lines are long but once you get up to the counter you do get helped quickly. They offer computer use for a fee. I can't remember exactly how much it is but I remember it being cheaper than staples. The person working there helps you set it up and shows you how to print. I used to use this service a lot when I was in high school. I recently went in to drop off my order from amazon for it to be returned and I was in the store for less than 2 minutes. I got my receipt and they took my package. There's lots of parking because they're located in a shopping center. If you go around 6 pm or on a Saturday it will be difficult to get a spot. However, double parking won't cause an issue because I guarantee you won't be in the store for very long. read more

Went to this UPS Store to buy and ship 5 boxes. They charged us for labor and shipping material for the Ship and Pack Service without first consulting whether we wanted that service or at least first providing a quote, or providing other options like purchase the boxes, pack it and come back to ship it. On top of that, they double charged on the labor. Buyer beware. read more
